On the day I picked up my new car it was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Don had my car pulled up and ready, he put⦠my plate on while I was "closing" with Corey. Corey was pleasant and completely explained everything to me. Then Corey walked me over to Miles who was expecting me and had my owners manual in his hand. Miles then spent 1 hour teaching me everything about how my new car works!! I absolutely loved that and the time he spent answering all of my many questions. He was honest and patient with me. I have never had that experience ever before when buying a new car. Again, I loved it - the whole experience was awesome! I actually was awaiting this survey, because I am excited to fill it out. by maryinalto on 08/30/2016updated 09/12/2016I had 2 bad previous experience at Fox Ford, called manager and not interested in helping fix problem, ( mileage issues when brought car in for oil changes) incorrect mileage said I had 212,000 on2014 focus, said he would give me letter but⦠not fix in system. Thought I give Fox Ford one more try for oil change but spoke with Kevin I. Oil change department, he not only assured me it won't but also fixed mileage in system! Something the manager said he could not do, because and only because of Kevin, I will stay with Fox Ford.
