Great experience with Fox
Best car buying experience ever!
by Jamie on 04/06/2023No pressure from sales team. Everyone worked to help us out even if they weren’t our salesperson. Very highly organized process of getting us the right vehicle, from staging multiple vehicles with different options for us to try out and… test drive to showing us other models for comparison. Apaya was friendly, listened to what we were looking for and was patient with us. He did an amazing job through the whole process. Nico also was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout. By far the best car buying experience we have ever had, 100% would recommend to friends! Another small example of the courtesy we were shown, we told Apaya that we had concerns that a larger model than we were intending on buying (cx-50 vs Cx-5) may not fit in our garage and asked him for measurements. He told us to take the truck home and check it with the actual truck, and show the truck to the kids, which we did. This sealed the deal for us! Can’t thank everyone enough, amazing experience! We were drawn to return to Mazda to buy a truck because we had a Mazda 3 for 10 years and it was a great car, and recently we were involved in a very serious car accident with that car and it kept our family safe. Went somewhere “cheap” first, will never go anywhere else again!

It was comparable in price to just the oil change from the other guys, and the service was so much better, and… trustworthy.Thanks for the wonderful review of your recent visit to our dealership. Great service experience

It was nice to be expected, and I also didn’t have to wait outside the door forever, as I often have with the… drop-in method. I like appointments MUCH better. And Mack was excellent in terms if customer service. He was polite, efficient, and relaxed in his approach. Mack is about the best service rep I have worked with in the 13 years I have done business with Fox Ford.It is wonderful to hear that our team was able to provide you with a great experience!
