by Davisdr2 on 10/20/2014I can't speak to the entirety of the Al Serra group, but Tyler Boike was the best salesman that I have worked with in any industry. I started looking for my Dart in August. I had recently moved away to Southern Ohio, so I had about 50… dealerships between me and Al Serra. Tyler was willing to work with me, even though it was strictly through emails. He looked up all of my stupid questions, ran every single car I found against buy and lease options. He sent me emails from his phone after hours. When I got cast aside by Al Deeby, Tyler was there to help. He got me a trade amount that I had no business getting, and he and his team went up to Gaylord to pick the car I finally settled on. When I made the drive up to Grand Blanc, everything was ready for me, car out and front and all. While Tyler worked with another customer, he let me play around in my new car. After sitting down and talking to him, he is a very pleasant guy; Someone you could "have a beer with." Again, I can't speak to the whole group, but there is a reason Al Serra sells cars: Great people like Tyler. To speak to Al Serra, the show room was very clean, and the hero cars looked great. The waiting area was very comfortable and they had ESPN going. I was content. 5 stars all around. Tyler gets extra stars for getting everything I wanted into my Dodge Dart SXT.Great customer service

I will be sending all of my friends to see Travis. Our van was detailed and ready to roll when promised. Never would have guessed… it was a used vehicle the way they turned it out. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and made it a pretty painless transaction. He even delivered my new car to my front door!! I've been… buying cars for about the last 45 years and NEVER have I had one delivered to my front door by the salesman or the dealership. I traded in a Kia, so I knew I was buying a quality product, however, the level of service Ian and his manager provided was over the top.Wonderful Service

The uncomfortable seats have made it impossible to keep this car. I will be looking to replace it soon.The… car is nice except for the terrible seats. Subaru needs to actually drive their cars to see that they are uncomfortable. a 2 by 4 would work better than these seats.Excellent dealersip

They were professional and NOT pushy. I live a distance from the… dealership so I was most pleased with how they worked with me to have all the paperwork together for my signature when I arrived to pick up my new car. Definitely worth the hour drive! I will for sure see them again when I buy my next car!Great car buying experience
