John has always made me comfortable in my buying experience, The Subaru people were very friendly and helped in making my decision. The uncomfortable seats have made it impossible to keep this car. I will be looking to replace it soon.The car is nice except for the terrible seats. Subaru needs to actually drive their cars to see that they are uncomfortable. a 2 by 4 would work better than these seats.
