by Larry Y on 06/04/2025Erik Thompson is unquestionably a professional salesperson. Erik made our experience - purchasing a new Pilot - very easy. He's so competent and has this confident, energetic demeanor that I'm pretty sure he could sell a Honda to Henry… Ford himself. We asked Erik a TON of questions, and raised lots of concerns (many resulting from ham-handed "sales" people in other dealerships). He dealt with everything calmly and with a positivity that is amazing to see, in person and over the phone! We were also pleasantly surprised at Erik's depth of knowledge and his commitment to our satisfaction. He took the time to find out exactly what we needed, how we planned to use it, and what fit our budget. He and Andy, the finance manager, answered all of our questions and we came away knowing that they gave us a fair deal and would continue to support us. We don't have any reservations referring friends and family to Pure Honda and especially to Erik Thompson!6/5 star service!

Lexy was very helpful throughout the process; she gave me good advice on the vehicle specs and she ensured that it was delivered in time for holiday travel.… Everyone I met at the dealership was pleasant and professional. I even got to meet the resident service department dog! He answered all my questions with patience and helped me find the perfect… vehicle for my needs. He is a great sales man and knows his product well. He taught me so many cool hidden features about my new car and also old car (too late for that, I traded in my Honda Civic). I recommend you see John at Pure Honda if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The business manager was also great and didn't oversell on additional warranty. They were not pushy like your standard dealerships. I appreciated this as my last experience was very different than this one. They are very accommodating and their end goal is definitely to make the customer happy. The staff noticed that the… tread on my tires passed inspection, but we’re almost at half-life, so offered to replace the tires for free. I really can’t thank Lexy and staff enough for their assistance! I think they go above and beyond what is expected from a car dealership so I’m extremely glad I chose to purchase my CR-V EX L with them!
