Lexy and the entire staff at Pure Honda made a stressful situation of replacing my stolen vehicle a pleasurable experience! They are very accommodating and their end goal is definitely to make the customer happy. The staff noticed that the tread on my tires passed inspection, but we’re almost at half-life, so offered to replace the tires for free. I really can’t thank Lexy and staff enough for their assistance! I think they go above and beyond what is expected from a car dealership so I’m extremely glad I chose to purchase my CR-V EX L with them! Keep up the fantastic service Pure Honda!
