They went to great lengths (Tennessee to be exact) to get me the car that I wanted. Andrew took care of the whole deal so when I got to… the dealer to pick up my car I signed the check and papers and off I went. Everything about the deal was smooth. I would suggest buying a car from La Fontaine to anyone that asked. I even keep the La Fontaine license plate frame on just so everyone in Jackson knows to go the extra few miles to Dexter to get real customer service.LaFontaine Chevrolet
by karriej1 on 06/27/2013updated 06/26/2025I have never had the experience of purchasing a car without actually going to the dealership...I am a single mother with two kids so I am very busy...I actually called Lafontaine Buick and told them what I wanted and they suggested… Lafontaine Chevrolet bacause I really wanted a Malibu... they processed all the paperwork through email and fax...I was thrilled with the service and the fact that the car was delivered right to my front door. The price was even better that the other Chevy delearship that I have used in the past for several years! Mike K and Jeremy P are exceptional Salespeople! I received very good customer service. Exceptional service all around with the whole process! I will be telling people just how awesome Lafontaine Chevrolet is in the future! Sincerely, One Happy Customer!
