I have never had the experience of purchasing a car without actually going to the dealership...I am a single mother with two kids so I am very busy...I actually called Lafontaine Buick and told them what I wanted and they suggested Lafontaine Chevrolet bacause I really wanted a Malibu... they processed all the paperwork through email and fax...I was thrilled with the service and the fact that the car was delivered right to my front door. The price was even better that the other Chevy delearship that I have used in the past for several years! Mike K and Jeremy P are exceptional Salespeople! I received very good customer service.
