Great experience buying our new truck.

Joe Salentino was very helpful through the whole process of ordering our new truck. He kept us informed all through the process and when he delivered the truck to us he came out and helped us set things up so we could get everything going in a good way. We would highly recommend Joe Celentino and Village Ford.

    2013 Explorer from Mike Williams. He was friendly and respectful. My loan was processed quickly and there were no hidden charges or surprises.

    My needs had changed since I leased my previous vehicle. I just thought I was "stuck" with it until my lease was up. Jay Sturtz said that he would be willing to see if they could get me out of my lease even though it was from a different manufacturer. AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT DONE FOR ME!. I know it was a difficult situation but they did everything they could to keep my payments as low as possible. Ron Clark did a great job getting everything done very quickly. Tom Malled gave a good overview of my options without pressuring me to buy something. Several people came by while it was in the store to congratulate me on getting my new Edge. My husband and I both love it. In fact, I'm afraid my husband my try to claim it as "his" vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Village Ford for getting this done for us.

    It was a very busy day, and I arrived at lunch time, so I was prepared for the wait. However, the staff kept me updated on the progress of the work on my car, and apologized for the wait. I didn't think the wait was bad, and I know the work will always be worth the wait.

    Very helpful. It was slow due to high demand but the work got done, staff was friendly, and a rental was given during the repairs.

    I recently purchaced a 2015 ford escape titanium from village ford...starting w the phone reception, to setting me up with an excellent salesperson. I was really satisfied and impressed with the level of knowledge about the whole staff had about the vehicles they sell...they seemed to be really friendly too...i did not feel intimidation at all. I was able to test drive to my hearts content...kelly bowdell my salesperson found an awesome titanium model escape that wasnt over budget and she didnt try to talk me up into features i didnt want or need...I can only hope and expect that the village ford service department will be as knowledgeable and respectful when it comes to oil change and service. Because my last dealership was a bit lackluster in treating me properly in the service of my vehicle...so keep up the good work village ford and kelly too!!!;-)

    When I took my car in to be fixed I didn't think that there was anything to be done to fix it. When I received my car back it was running much better. Although I will have to schedule a follow up as it seems that oil is still leaking from my car.

    I am also impressed with the professionalizm and friendly environment when I bring my car for service. I go out of my way to use this dealership even though there are several other dealerships that are much closer to my home. I will continue to use this dealership and recommend it to other people.

    We have never had any issues with the service. Tracy is our service advisor and he is the reason we continue to stay with Village Ford. He gets the job done in a timely manner. This last visit seemed to be a quality control issue and Tracy made sure the complaint went directly to Ford Motor Company.

    I brought my car in for routine maintenance including oil change and rotation of tires. It was like a "well baby check up" only the baby is a car not an an actual child. Was met by a pleasant and knowledgeable rep. I had a couple of other concerns which he checked out and assured me they were not broken. It included my heater and power lift gate. I always enjoy dropping my vehicle off because it's a clean atmosphere where I can relax and have a cup of coffee. When the job is completed I am confident the work was done right. There are no mechanical problems, the fluid levels are checked and topped off and the vehicle is safe and sound. It gives me a good piece of mind every time I take the car in for service at Village Ford. Keep up the good work! Thank you. Beverly St John

    I called to make an appointment and was able to bring it in the next day. My service rep was very helpful as always, and went the extra mile as always. The cashier asked if I wanted my car washed, which was a pleasant surprise, and I was still in and out of the service room in a timely manner!

    Outstanding service and customer care. I felt listened too through the process from the entry to exit of the repair service. The area is clean, the people are friendly, they made sure my needs were met. When I picked up the car, I knew what they did, why it was done and they made sure I had a ride to get there. I don't think it gets better than that.

  • DPS6 Clutch shudder and oil leak

    I went to Village Ford because the clutch in my car was acting up. They also found out that there was an oil leak in the transmission. They replaced the clutch and repaired the leak and now my car runs fine. They also updated the SYNC system which was not working.
