I had recently totaled my beloved 2017 GMC Acadia SLT-2 in a roll-over accident. I happened upon Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison Inc while searching for a replacement GMC Acadia. Barian Vaughan was my Sales Associate. My experience… with the dealership, Barian, and the Finance Dept was EXCELLENT! Barian gets an A+ in my book for his customer relations skills. He took what I consider an overwhelming experience and turned it into an efficient, personalized, informative, and positive experience. When we arrived at the dealership, Barian was right there welcoming us with a big, friendly smile. Every interaction we had with other staff at the dealership was friendly, fun, and most importantly - to the point! I would highly recommend Todd Wenzel Buick GMC of Davison. With Barian's down-to-earth and compassionate demeanor and the overall dealership, I was able to make lemonade out of lemons and drove away with a beautiful 23 GMC Acadia AT4 that continues to put a smile on my face. 2001 Pontiac Aztek not Starting, Totally Dead
by raymondbrzezni on 12/09/2016I bought an AC Delco Freedom battery from Jim Waldron on 12/13/2013 so I thought it was not the battery, John Gring diagnosed it and it turned out my battery had a couple of bad cells in it (Even though AAA ran a test and said it was good… with 448 cranking amps) When it came time to replace the battery, like everything on my 2001 Pontiac Aztek with 251,000 miles on it we found out the battery locking bolt and tray was rusted out (This may have caused movement causing the three year old battery to have bad cells) Anyway, Todd Wenzel fixed it and put in a new battery and the car starts up great for my daughter who is commuting to SVSU and puts 90 miles a day driving it back and forth. John also fixed the moving filler neck on the gas tank so now that is solid. Thanks John for getting my daughters car back on the road and it only cost $94.00 thanks to using my 250 Platinum points!Thank you for the awesome feedback! Timely Service

I will say I went from "I will NOT be back" to "I will give u another try".… I'm sure my experience when my visit isn't "under the radar" will be the true tell ... If I will be back or not! The customer contact reps out of the 616 were instrumental in maintaining my interest in… the dealership as well. I began my experience looking to purchase a CPO vehicle. I discovered that I had more negative equity in my trade-in than I thought. In the end, I drove off of the lotwith a great lease on a 2015 demo. Talk about joy and satisfaction...Quick Service

I however don't have much to say about the finance guy we had to deal with he was unprofessional… and frankly very arrogant. I believe his name was Don. If I had to deal with him again I would go somewhere else. He acted as if he was doing us a favor and making all these special calls on our behalf. He would say one thing and then come back with something completely differant. I would think he would Lose business for the dealership, just my opinion. Love Carol and will always buy from her.goofy005

He actually saved me alot of money which allowed me to make the other necessary repairs to my Envoy. He was very thorough… with explaining everything that was going to be done as far as repairs go and my options. It was very surprising when he called a day later to make sure all was good and informed me of a Gift card I had earned. Joe has always taken car of myself and my family and even though Matt Williams, my sales guy, has left for another dealership, I will still continue to bring my vehicles to Joe Miller.
