    I was astounded! Had a recall on ignition key and enjoyed a relaxing area to wait in. Then I stopped at the body shop because I had a piece of loose trim. Took me right away, no waiting, no sign in and no charge! Now, that is what I call service. Was thinking of a Chrysler 300S. I am now staying with Buick. Thank you for such a refreshing visit.

    My first thoughts were a bit clouded by the fact that I had placed several calls (which I found out later were to the general manager) and they were not returned, I'm sure he was rather busy. So I went to the dealership and was WOWED by how I was treated by the staff there! EVERYONE was very pleasant and professional! All of my questions were answered and I was undecided on what car I wanted to purchase. My salesman, Danny Ray, was so patient and kind. He more than exceeded my expectations of what a salesman should be. Every aspect of my experience was AWESOME! Thank you to everyone at Todd Wenzel! Love all of your remodeling changes too, very classy!

    Took the 2014 GMC Terrain in for the first oil change at 5732 miles. Saw a lot of smoke coming from under the hood during the oil change but it appears it has burned off (bad design on the 6 cylinder engines, near to the catalytic converter, hard for technician to take oil filter out and replace. Other than that, it was a good service visit.(was not charged for the oil change which was great) Love my new Terrain AWD, handles great in the snow (good purchase!)

    Had an oil change and tire rotation. It took less time than I had anticipated and the new lounge is awesome. Clean and comfortable!!

    Great Sales person. Nick worked with me until we had a deal that was great. The time you spend explaining the cars features was really appreciated. Nick took a great amount of time & patience to help me understand features I never had before. Never had that in another dealership.

    As in the past; everyone you encounter at the dealership greets you, is friendly and asks if they can be of help! The service to my vehicle was completed in the time the service person estimated, during the wait I was updated and told the status of the work, etc. It is well worth the over 1 hour drive for me to visit a dealership I trust and respect!

    First class service. Danny Ray even drove out our home in Durand at 8:00 the same evening to have us sign a corrected sales agreement. We told him we could go to Davison the next day but he insisted in delivery of the sales agreement to our house. The other people we dealt with and showed me how to set up the OnStar and Bluetooth were very helpful. Excellent experience.

    I was just disappointed to learn that I have to see a technician to get a light bulb replaced as it requires the bumper/fender to be taken off. That's ludicrous and should be addressed by GM. That's another $60 I have to pay for ordinary service??????? ~Judy - [Phone number removed]

    had trouble getting in to get oil change on morning of dec 8th the workers had shut all power to overhead doors to install outside panels for facade upgrade ..had to come back later in afternoon ..was ok for me but I am sure you guys missed business

    Went in with brake light on and they found the master cylinder needed fluid. And they fixed the key recall problem. Everyone was friendly and efficient.

    Drove right in and got oil change. The young lady that wrote us up was very friendly and fast. The tech that did the oil change was very quick. we loved that! Also, I forgot my coupon at home but the young lady found one laying around and applied it. Awsome we will always come to the dealership for any service.
