Super Silverado Experience at Graffs!

We live 4 hours away, so most information was shared via phone & internet. We used to live in Otisville, so have been… Graff Davison customers for decades. Chris' assistant, Mark Modreski, spent over an hour with us in the truck to set everything up & learn how to use this modern dashboard. Tiffany is also a helpful assistant of Chris too. We highly recommend Hank Graff Chevrolet in Davison, especially Chris Horwath & his team!Steve, thanks for highlighting some of our staff who helped make this such a great experience! I eventually walked out on a sale. The place I was going to low balled me on a trade in,… so I decided to see what Graff would give me. And they did!!! A fair trade in price. And I met Michelle Fee. She is an awesome sales person. No pressure. Just the facts and answers questions simple and HONEST. by SS on 05/01/2025updated 05/07/2025I grew up in Sandusky, and have had family use nothing but the Sandusky location for all of our vehicle purchases. Last summer that location didn't have any selection of what I was looking for for our growing family but Davison had a… surplus. We came in just to test drive and possibly order, but Christian who was our phone representative made the whole experience as painless as possible and we wound up leaving that day with a brand new 24 Traverse. The process was easy breezy, and went super smooth. Come the end of the month, our current lease was up on our pickup truck so we went back into the Sandusky location to buy it out and wound up being put in a crap deal that benefited noone but the salesman that day. We turned that truck back into the Davison location, Christian yet again worked with us and got us into a better deal that worked for our family and not just his personal gain. All in all, ill take the hour 45 min drive vs a 15 minute drive to receive the service Davison and it's employees offer.Our entire team works hard to work with your budget and get you the best deal. We're always here with the same great service whenever you need service or another vehicle! We look forward to your next visit! Take care!
