First of all, we had the best salesman, Chris Horwath! We bought our new truck sight unseen, except for photos Chris sent. We live 4 hours away, so most information was shared via phone & internet. We used to live in Otisville, so have been Graff Davison customers for decades. Chris' assistant, Mark Modreski, spent over an hour with us in the truck to set everything up & learn how to use this modern dashboard. Tiffany is also a helpful assistant of Chris too.
