    It’s a good thing they offer courtesy rides home while the service is being done; otherwise people are forced to watch and listen to extremist propaganda for hours on end. The work was expensive, but thorough.

    We had gone to other lots looking for Blazers or possibly a Buick Envision. No other lots were willing to give a good deal, but Graff did without asking. They were so easy to deal with. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle.

    Had brake pads replaced on my vehicle. Had to drop it off for a day. They offered a shuttle service to get back and forth from home. I declined it. They texted me a video of the undercarriage of my vehicle and explained everything in detail along with prices. Prices are high no matter where you go. Service was awesome and Gary Pearlman took good care of me and my vehicle.

  • Purchase of new 2025 Chevy Malibu LS White

    Hank Graff wants it's customers to be well taken care and happy with their major life purchases. I like how professional their Sales staff is toward their customers. I love my new Chevy Malibu LS but was disappointed that it did not have a space saver spare tire but rather a fix a flat and compressor. My excellent Salesman Jacob Coultas ordered me a used space saver spare tire and jack kit for my new car and had it installed while I waited. I am 100% satisfied now with my new car. Also Hank Graff provided me with a Carfax on this car since when I got it it had 2925 miles on it. I also like how close the dealership is to my home address. Jacob gave me two oil changes. Most dealerships only provide one oil change after purchasing a new car.

  • I wouldn’t recommend based on my experiences

    The dealership isn’t terrible but I wouldn’t go back, neither to purchase nor to their service department. I was in an accident in the fall and needed to replace my car. However, they were exceptionally pushy when I needed to buy a car and essentially would not give me the deal that they were going to give me unless I purchased my car before my insurance company officially totaled out my Car that was in an accident. This was essentially frustrating since I didn’t know exactly how much money I was going to be receiving from them, but they didn’t seem to care they couldn’t have waited a couple more days to process that payment or they were going to not give me the deal. Then when I purchased, I was told that I had two free oil changes with that purchase. Yesterday I went to the dealership to have my tires rotated and oil changed. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. It took two hours for them to do the service even with an appointment. My car was also driven an extra 40 miles during this time. I am suspicious and I would not recommend them.
