Satisfied yet disappointed
by BClark3 on 02/04/2023Simple oil change lead to check engine light and other warning panel lights. The cause was due to the incorrect installation of the oil filler cap. Disappointed in the quick blame game of we only serviced your car. Attitude change rather… abruptly after getting second print out of codes and compared to original before oil change. Simple issue caused unnecessary fuel use, time use to get a second car and three trips from home and back to find out what they did. Arguably I had them replace a faulty tire pressure sensor while they had it. Was not going to worry about it until next time I was going to be in the area with another vehicle planned. Overall satisfied yet disappointed and a bit bitter.Team One Chevrolet
