I have had major issues with the transmission in my 2013 Ford Focus since I purchased it. I took it to Roy O'Brien Ford in St. Clair Shores, Mi initially and had a brand new transmission installed.After waiting 6 weeks for an appointment because I "didn't purchase my car from that dealership", they kept my car for 4 days without even looking at it! The service department there made me feel like a 3rd class citizen- rude and condescending. My experience with Crest Ford has been exceptional!!! The communication with the service department was stellar and when I picked up my vehicle, Sammie explained everything that was done thoroughly and politely!!! She told me that they also found an oil leak from the engine and repaired it and gave me a complimentary oil change! I am now a happy customer of Crest Ford for life!!!
