    I was greeted promptly and registered into the system very quickly. While my advisor was setting up my service, he noted that there was a recall issued for a software update. He told me he could have it done at the same time, and asked if I would like to have it done. I asked him how long the entire thing would take. He told me he thought he could have everything done in 30 minutes. He lived up to his expectation and blew mine away. Quick, friendly and professional. I will now be having all of my service done at this location.

    I took my Fusion in for a tune-up / oil change. My experience was very pleasant. I received prompt, friendly service and they were right on the money with the estimated wait time and I was very happy to learn that the whole thing was no charge due to an earned promotion that I was not aware of.

    I have a 2015 Ford Focus that's about six months old when I brought it in for oil change/checkup. In my e-mail, I was told the winter check up had a discount although when I was at the shop, no one said anything about me paying. When I left, I was wondering if that meant they would automatically add it to my car's monthly bill. If that is the case (and it does seem that my bill is more expensive than usual this month), then I am upset that someone did not at least tell me this. I should have brought this concern up with the workers, but I didn't think about it until after as I had to leave as soon as I could because of a doctor's appointment that day. I had also been told, when I bought this, that I had two years of free oil changes, but then they told me at the shop that that was not true. I do not appreciate the inconsistency, although I will say that the workers were polite.

    I have a leased Ford Escape. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sometimes us older folks don't get that kind of service too often. When I called to make an appointment I did not know if I would be able to get an appointment. Went in the following morning and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was told it would be about an hour but in less time my car was ready. On the day I went in to get my car checked over, it was FREE!! I love my Ford, and my next car will be a Ford too!!     Mike Smeckert greeted me and I told him what I needed done. He told me how long it would take and sent me to the waiting room. Mike came to the waiting room and told me the work on my car was finished. Mike listens to my questions and answers them. Arleen Forczak [Phone number removed]

    I purchased a 2014 Focus SE and I love it. We have had excellent service from Crest Ford. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend you to our friends and family. As a matter of fact, our friends in Roseville who have always bought Chrysler products, bought a used Ford minivan and the wife drives it and loves it! I think it’s because we have had Ford products for a long time and they decided to try one. Also, one of their sons has bought a Ford. Keep up the good work.

    I would like to start off by saying how much my salesperson, Rebecca Orzechowski, made my buying experience the easiest I have ever had. I have probably bought over 15 New vehicles in my lifetime and I have never had a Salesperson treat me both me and my wife as well as she has and this is our 3rd vehicle we have bought from Crest/Rebecca in the last 3 years. She has gone above and beyond any salesperson that I have ever dealt with and I would recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying a Ford product, and actually I have already mentioned her name to anyone that I work with and within my family as well. Her Sales Manager is very lucky to have her and so are me and my wife and as consumers. I will go to her for all my car needs as long as she works at Crest. She is Knowledgeable, experienced, shows a GREAT DEAL of Professionalism and above and beyond all, she treats us like we are friends and not just someone looking to buy a vehicle and make a quick dollar. Rebecca will always have my business.

    The Service Tech, Mike Smeckert always takes great care of me whether it is scheduling an appointment, making sure I get the work done in a timely manner, getting me to work if needed. Plus he is always upbeat and strives to go beyond his duties to make the experience pleasant. The work I have done always seems to be quality and the mechanics seem to take great pride in their work.

    My specialist was very good at keeping in contact and knowing what the problems were. Was very honest and did not try to be pushy or oversell me on things I didn't need which is always nice when dealing with car shops.
