I like the new car but this is a stiff increase. I understand inflation and that I had a very good deal on… my previous lease. I guess, it is what it is.Great service department

As a former factory service representative I have only one suggestion that relates to the F&I manager,… not the Used Vehicle Department which was exceptional and professional. Dear F&I Manager... Go find a copy of the old book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie. Read it. Talk a bit less about yourself and a bit more with and about your client’s interests and then proceed with any additional items you might wish to sell...Vanderhyde Ford
