Excellent support when purchasing a used car!

Serra Mazda Brighton is a dealership that can be depended upon to assist the buyer through the process of discovering a used car that will please one to drive off the lot. The sales staff and finance manager took the stress out of replacing… a car after a major accident. I was especially surprised when Andrew, my sales associate, spent time with me in my new car to explain the various functions inside. I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and personality.

Meaghan reached out about a week or two later and told me they have the same vehicle coming in from out of state and the buyer backed out. She… was able to secure the vehicle for me and got me in and out of the dealer within an hour! Tyler was also helpful on the finance end with getting us the extra coverage we need.Love ❤️ my car

Mr. Weed was just wonderful I enjoyed talking to him and I hope he know that I do thank him for looking out for me… and helping in every way he did. Brittany was also wonderful very helpful in tell me and my sister about the car. The manager was wonderful to this time 😂 Lol. And text with Serra Honda was wonderful. Another dealership was unwilling to find the exact trim package I wanted, and Serra offered to find it for me,… without hesitation. It only took a couple days, and I was in my new car without a hitch. So glad I found Serra Mazda! Thank you!Brand new car!

by Phil ol Boy on 04/22/2023After requesting a price for a 24 month lease of a 2023 Mazda.....we got a price for a 36 month lease. We never saw a 24 month quote as we requested. This would have been our 4th Mazda. I was crystal clear what we wanted in the way of a 24… month lease. The lease ended up being double of our last 36 month lease. They refused to show how they achieved the new "magic number". There were incentives from Mazda that were not shown .We also got a card from Mazda for early turn in with numbers shown. They said interest rates had gone up! They just showed the bottom line number. They must have thought we were just on a "fishing expedition" and not serious customers. Our test drive if you want to call it that, was sitting in the car with the engine running. But, We did visit another Mazda dealer and we are now driving a 2023 CX50. Too bad they wanted to play games. We did not want to waste 2hrs again to re-lease a Mazda and we did not want a "Song and Dance " routine. We had heard the tune seen it before and knew what we wanted.Sold me a bad car and they knew it was bad. Do not do business here.
