Serra Mazda Brighton

After requesting a price for a 24 month lease of a 2023 Mazda.....we got a price for a 36 month lease. We never saw a 24 month quote as we requested. This would have been our 4th Mazda. I was crystal clear what we wanted in the way of a 24 month lease. The lease ended up being double of our last 36 month lease. They refused to show how they achieved the new "magic number". There were incentives from Mazda that were not shown .We also got a card from Mazda for early turn in with numbers shown. They said interest rates had gone up! They just showed the bottom line number. They must have thought we were just on a "fishing expedition" and not serious customers. Our test drive if you want to call it that, was sitting in the car with the engine running. But, We did visit another Mazda dealer and we are now driving a 2023 CX50. Too bad they wanted to play games. We did not want to waste 2hrs again to re-lease a Mazda and we did not want a "Song and Dance " routine. We had heard the tune seen it before and knew what we wanted.
