Also helpful was a problem with registration which they promptly rectified. I had… heard about them from friends so I made them my last stop and was happy I did after visiting other dealers.Very good sales personnel.

by goldie32 on 02/13/2012updated 06/13/2025First warning, the sticker price for the car in the lot was $4000 higher than what the car was listed for on the internet (and this is a $15,000-20,000 car). Any older person who doesn't use the internet would be swindled and I am thinking… about calling the Better Business Bureau about this one. Second warning, especially if you are a woman. The salesman talked down to me the entire time as though I knew nothing about cars and nothing about Toyotas (have owned two and have done a lot of basic maintenance on my own vehicles). When I asked to have the car lifted up to see if there was corrosion from salt, he said there wouldn't be a salt problem unless you lived near the ocean (Massachusetts uses more road salt than any other state in the U.S.; the salesman said he has lived in Boston his whole life). Then he said that the service center was not available on Sunday and there were no mechanics on duty but he foolishly had me park in front of the service door, which opened automatically revealing a bustling crew of mechanics working away. Biggest warning. After two hours of checking out the vehicle (I had to wait a long time for him to get the plates, copy my driver's license, take the car over to the garage, etc.) I made an offer. It was below their internet price but still in the range of what that make, model, year, mileage are going for in the area (I have been researching this make and model for two months). He came back and they wouldn't budge one penny. I came up significantly in my next offer, told him I was paying cash, and that was my final offer. He came back with the manager and the manager tried to explain why they would not come down in price. I left. I am sure not all of their salespeople are bad, but their practices are. He lied, they would grossly overcharge someone who didn't use the internet, and they do not negotiate on the internet price. If I had walked in and he had told me there was no negotiating on that price, I would have said fine, and walked out and not wasted his time or mine. I have bought five cars in my life and this was by far the worst experience I have had with a dealership.My first car: Best Experience given by Woburn Toyota

Not only price, but also the treatment that I got there was awesome. Ricky A. (one of their sales person) made it possible. Our… negotiations for price went just for 5 minutes and everything else is been taken care by Ricky. I got the best deal from them when compared to other dealers. I was out from there in 1 and 1/2 hours. I had some bad experiences with some other dealers where I spend almost 5-6 hours and finally nothing was worked out. I think, these guys know what they are doing and understand their customers' need correctly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone buying a new car. Once again, THANK YOU Woburn Toyota for making my experience of buying a car so memorable.2014 Toyota Tacoma

But I wanted to trade and they valued my trade at only 30% what I could get for it at another dealer or AutoNation. My net cost after… trade would have been far higher than the other dealer, so I went there instead. But if all I'd wanted was a new car, I would have tried to do the deal with Woburn.Excellent Experience & True Professionalism

He changed my whole… experience of car buying. This is my sixth car in my life had bad experience previously at other dealer, I was not sure but after meeting with this gentleman Ricky A. I am thrilled! He is very polite, respectful and easy going sales person. He know what he is doing. he s a good listener, listened to my needs, my budget and car I wanted. I appreciate his quality and passion. I'll recommend to every one whom ever i know my friends, my family and co-workers to see only Ricky, if they want to buy any vehicle at Woburn Toyota. Just wasn't the best for our needs although it's a solid vehicle. From the moment I showed up I was treated professionally and without… pressure. Our salesman, Mo N., was what you wish every car salesperson would be - professional, easy-going, no pressure, and well-informed. I truly wish that the Sienna would have been the right vehicle but such is life. we ended up purchasing another make of minivan from a dealership whose salesperson will never be in Mo's league. If you are in the market for a Toyota and live north of Boston then try these folks out. My entire family was very impressed with both our salesperson and the overall impression we got of the dealership.
