I'm taking the time to write this even though we didn't end up purchasing the Sienna we were looking at. Just wasn't the best for our needs although it's a solid vehicle. From the moment I showed up I was treated professionally and without pressure. Our salesman, Mo N., was what you wish every car salesperson would be - professional, easy-going, no pressure, and well-informed. I truly wish that the Sienna would have been the right vehicle but such is life. we ended up purchasing another make of minivan from a dealership whose salesperson will never be in Mo's league. If you are in the market for a Toyota and live north of Boston then try these folks out. My entire family was very impressed with both our salesperson and the overall impression we got of the dealership.
