But, not crazy about your finance policy regarding loan rates. Had to push back quite a bit. Feel like I got a fair deal on the car… price; not so fair on my trade-in; and not so fair on the financing.Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Sean actually saved this last sale for Lawless, when we had an issue with one of the rebates. I recommended Sean to a co-worker in March and… she bought a new vehicle, replacing her old vehicle (purchased new at another Jeep dealer) I told her she had to see Sean before going back to the other dealer.Thank you for leaving us this great review. It wasn't in the lot but Sean was able to track it down and find it in another lot and… have it for me when I returned later that afternoon. Additionally, Kevin was fantastic to work with and walked me through every part of the financing process expertly. Aweful follow up
by jmcgeehan on 03/25/2016Purchased a used 2010 Equinox from Lawless. Went with the extended warranty as I had never purchased used before. After 18 months of chronic engine problems, never the same one twice, I cut my losses and traded the car. The extended… warranty had a refund feature which Lawless was required to assist on processing. 6 weeks, 4 phone calls, and 5 emails later with any reply and I have just learned my initial request for refund was never submitted. Kevin McKenna, the finance manager, has night right being in a public service position given his total lack of follow up and response. Lawless...never again!!I am concerned by your review and would love the opportunity to address it for you. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me and our company.
