Went in for a test drive, left with a new car
by Alicia on 04/25/2023On 4/16 I went in for a test drive for the new IS 350. My lease for my current car was ending and although I loved my car I was hesitant about getting another Lexus. Barbara Goodman was my sales consultant; she was professional, friendly,… and very knowledgeable about the IS 350 and did not make me feel pressured into making a decision. She showed me one car in the show room, loved it but the color wasn’t really for me. We looked at an another car online that wouldn’t arrive until May; the color was exactly what I was looking for. Then she showed me another car they had on the lot and I instantly fell in love- it had everything I wanted! I drove home with my car that day. Barbara was a master sales consultant and did an excellent job explaining everything! I’m truly happy with my purchase and the exceptional customer service Barbara provided!We are thrilled that you enjoyed your experience here at Lexus of Watertown! I read numerous exceedingly positive reviews of Tony Viveiros prior to contacting him. Researching and choosing a person to… interact with is the most important thing in having a positive experience I have found. The reason Tony is at the very top of his profession is that he consciously puts customer experience over any given sale; Tony recommended a significantly lower cost vehicle after carefully listening to what was important to me. Most salespeople do not understand that when both the buyer and seller feel really good about a deal the seller has a customer for life.Alex - This is great to hear! Ussa Pradhananga was the best - he helped us with the purchase of Lexus NX 350. He has always been thorough on explaining the features… of the car, always reachable/available for questions, very understanding, courteous and made every process smooth from start to finish. No pushing sales pitch at all! The car even arrived earlier than expected delivery date! Ussa took the time to make sure to we are completely satisfied with the car before we left the dealership. I’m from CT, so after filling out the paperwork in Watertown, Leon drove my… new Lexus all the way to my local DMV to get it registered with me, and waited patiently while the DMV was running very late on appointments.
