The most fun we've ever had buying a car!

We purchased our new UX Premium at Lexus of Watertown with help from Kevin Silva. Despite showing up without an appointment pretty close to closing time on a Saturday, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process… straightforward, from the test drive to explaining trim levels to negotiating, finalizing the details the next day and setting us up in the car at delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Watertown and Kevin to family and friends. Thank you!

The first was 14 years ago when I purchased my first RX350! This time… around, I decided to lease my vehicle and John was very diligent and helping me understand the process and expectations of leasing a car. He was nothing but professional and made this experience very smooth and painless! I will definitely return to Lexus of Watertown in the future because I find that their service and knowledgeable employees such as John, in a class all their own. Our search took us to 7 different luxury SUV hybrid/electric dealers around greater Boston and we landed at Lexus of Watertown. We… decided that the Lexus NX300h was exactly what we were looking for. It has the power, the space, the luxury AND the reduced gas mileage that we wanted. As for customer service, we were completely impressed! Our sales consultant and product specialist was Ussa Pradhananga - on a scale of 1-5, Ussa and Lexus of Watertown scored a 10!!! He was honest, informed, knowledgeable, and responsive; he was interested in what we wanted in a new car and found it for us. When we finalized the sale, he patiently spent time introducing us to the many features on this fabulous car. We love it!Great Buying Experience

I loved the customer service at Lexus of Watertowm and their transparency through the… process. William Giron made everything simple from start to finish. I hadn't decided between the 450 or the 350 and he explained and compared both models to me. Before going out on a test drive as well, William took the time to show me all of the features in the car. Finally at the end of the week when I decided to purchase the case William was available even after hours. When I arrived to finalize my purchase on saturday, we walked in and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. I could not be happier with my car and the entire process. We are thrilled with our new RX350 F Sport, just as we are thrilled with the experience we had. We want to express our gratitude… to Ujwal (Ouza) Pradhananga , our sales and leasing consultant, for his professionalism, expertise, patience and extreme courtesy in our dealings. Besides taking a significant amount of time to show us different models and options, he offered to break down the explanation of the new technology into several sessions so that it would not be overwhelming for my wife. Working with him was a true pleasure. In the car buying/purchasing field he is an exceptional guide and teacher. We will happily recommend Ujwal to any one of our friends and family looking for a new vehicle. My sister, who has an 8 year old Lexus purchased new from Lexus of Watertown, will soon be looking for a new vehicle and we have given her Ujwal's business card. Lexus is the gold standard and so are their employees.Not happy
by Eric gonzalez on 01/14/2021So on Jan 4 ,2021 I purchased an Audi A8 from Lexus the next day I contacted misha sales representative at the pre owned section my car was brought up there Saturday they couldn’t figure out the problem so it was sent to Audi on Tuesday the… 12th of Jan , Wednesday they call me back say it a exhaust problem and a service bulletin all said and done Lexus said they wasn’t paying for it cause it’s not a safety issue but it is because if I keep driving it Audi said I would need to replace the whole exhaust system so the bill is $2301.28 . I would highly recommend don’t buy used cars from Lexus of Watertown they take your money and don’t care ..sales associate should of taken care of it but he didn’tEasy and Painless
