The best customer service ever!
by S Abreu on 06/10/2024I had the best experience buying my second car from Lexus Watertown. The sales consultant , Ussa Pradhananga, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew that I was ready to buy and he guided me through the process with kindness… and respect . He did his best to demonstrate that my business was valuable to him and the company. I felt that I was the only client that he had, no rush , just directing me according to my needs. The finance part of the deal was exactly the same. Everything was done quickly and I was driving my new car in less than 24 hours. Flawless , fast and simple. After everything was signed and done he went through all the features of the car with me, explaining and setting up the car according to my taste. Excellent customer service, no doubt. Thank you so much! I’ll recommend it to family and friends anytime.Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience! Customer for almost 20 years and worst experience with the service team!

So much so that I will be turning in my Lexus and never buying from this dealership again. To boot, I had my 90 year old mother with me and… decided to take her and my car home due to the way the service manager spoke to me. If I spoke to my client like that I would be fired on the spot. Do better Lexus and vet/train your staff on how to be respectful and kind to loyal customers.Laura, this review is concerning to read. by Dustin on 05/29/2019Back in December 18', I purchased a certified GS and wanted to have the wiper blades sensor looked at. Not sure what I did wrong but the service advisor was giving me an attitude when I asked her to make sure the sensor was working properly… (that was only 4 days after I drove the car off the dealer's lot). My service advisor was My Phan. While I had excellent purchasing car at Lexus of Watertown, my experience with the service department was not good at all. Next time, I will ask to have a different service advisor.Terrible Service, avoid Maria Laskaris
by SJ on 09/25/2017Had a horrible experience today, wasted our time and did not extend a basic courtesy. The maintenance light on my vehicle came on a few weeks ago and I scheduled an oil change appointment given the light had come on. My father took the time… to take my car in and was informed that the maintenance is only required once a year and and at 10,000 miles. Since it was only 5,000 miles since the last oil change no service was necessary. I asked my father to have them turn off the light in that case and have it remind us when the next 5,000 miles were up. Maria Laskaris the rep he was working with refused to do that saying, they don't turn off maintenance lights and we should just come back when the 5,000 miles are up. I've never encountered this attitude before and dealerships have always turned off the maintenance light when a service is not needed.Chad Tinti $ Kelly Ford was AWESOME!!!!

by dukie1999 on 01/10/2017I moved from MN last year and took my car in for service in Jan 2016. I pulled in and there were 6 valets starring at me, noone came over. It was a bit odd. I had to ask for someone to come take my car. Then when I was getting info on some… recalled parts that were under warrently the service manager started bad mouthing Lexus. He was saying that the parts were never goign to come in. It was not great. I chalked the expereince up to the difference from the mid west customer service and the east coast, but if I'm paying more for the service experience it should be worth it. Since those experiences I started driving the extra distance to go to Northborough Lexus for service. They are pretty great out there, worth the drive.Consistently excellent service
by dav2149 on 10/20/2009I love the service department at Lexus of Watertown. I have had my 2002 LS430 serviced there since new and have never been disappointed. My service advisor is wonderful, and he'll do whatever he can to accommodate my service visit.Poor Service
by billyw3 on 04/24/2012updated 08/02/2025Do not take your car to Lexus of Watertown, as they charge a lot more for their services. After getting my service completed for a routine checkup, I thought the bill was a little high. I called around other dealerships to see what they… were charging about 25% less . When I called Lexus of Watertown to complain they said they do extra things such as a tire balance and a 100 point inspection. Even, the Lexus manual does not even state this is needed. Lexus of Watertown is performing unneeded services and charging for them. They did nothing about the price and seemed to care less about me. Second, their service reps. are rude and unprofessional. My rep. never returned my phone calls and copped an attitude. I would recommend calling around to other dealers to check on prices as Lexus of Watertown is high.
