I recently purchased a 2025 HRV Honda because of Carlos Polit, he was so friendly and did not pressure us into anything. I came with my husband and friend randomly without planning to buy anything on that day, but carlos proved us wrong… hahah. We had so much fun during the test drive and he offered us amazing espresso and drinks. He also gave us a good rate for the car, I’m so happy and comfortable with my purchase and super excited to drive my Honda! In every maintenance visit I’ll plan to buy Carlos a free iced coffee for the good times we had together!

by Honda on 12/09/2018Andre Leduc was extremely knowledgeable about the HR-V and my time with him has definitely delivered my interest of purchasing the vehicle. He showed some key features that are essential for my everyday commute such as the cruising feature,… moving seats and other varies interaction of the control console as well as the steering wheel features. I didn't feel that Andre left anything out however he said he would gladly answer any questions I have in mind in the future. He certainly introduced his service team during the process, very friendly folks indeed! It was quite a pleasant first car purchase experience!! I ought like to thank Atamian Honda for making the process so smooth! He went out of his way to provide me a new car insurance at liberty insurance by someone he personally knows when I mentioned I worked at a particular company! Got the best price at $146 monthly for a new HR-V 2019!! Better than Geico giving me at $200 Im interesting to get the aftermarket starter key since it's cheaper. Recommend by his fellow co-worker at the end!Excellent attention

I bought a CPO CRV. Sales process was good. Pricing was at the high… end of the range and expected more for my trade but I accepted that based on the condition of thecar.Disrespectful. Unprofessional. Classless.
by Timmyj0228 on 10/12/2018This review is going back about 2 months. I started looking into atamian when I was considering leasing a civic si. I went on the website and looked at the models, settled on the one I liked, and clicked on the "get your e-price" tab. Mind… you, the vehicles MSRP is very strategically positioned above this tab. As if to suggest that by clicking the tab, you will be getting a discounted price. First mistake. But I still clicked on it. Not too long after the emails started coming in. I asked about the E-Price, and was told that the Si coups are "rare" and the price doesnt change. I responded by asking why the e-price tab was even there and the girl said "it's only there to get sales leads, not to change the price". Classic 1980's style deceptive sales practices at work. At this point, I decided to look elsewhere. Fast forward a week or so, I had started to think about downsizing from a truck to an SUV. I went in met Darryl, he was great, straight to the point and was were making progress but i had to cut the appointment short to pick up my daughter. As s responsible consumer, I was checking prices everywhere. I met with people at Commonwealth a d left without lease numbers. They appraised my vehicle but it was late and they said they would get back to me. Yesterday, they gave me a very good offer. But because Darryl was great, I felt he deserved a shot to earn my business. I told Kristy (the saleswoman who I had been communicating with) about the offer I received and she told me "that doesnt sound honest". A remark someone else responded to and attempted to clarify. The internet sales people are really unprofessional and dont treat people with respect. I went back in today, darryl wasn't in and I got someone who didnt bother to introduce himself, and a very pushy and arrogant sales manager who also didnt give me his name. After telling them I didnt have time to go through all new paperwork, they rushed around to appraise my truck (literally sat inside it for 4 minutes and did one quick walk around. They then lowballed me and said "you said you didnt have time so this is where we are. Isughed and walked out. Someone owes Darryl an apology. That man is probably losing so many customers because the people he works with are incompetent and DISRESPECTFUL. I watched an employee talk with a customer on the phone, then go into the office with the other salesmen and managers and start making fun of the guy. This is the reason car dealers have the reputation for being sleazy, manipulating and awful to deal with. Other employees were dropping F bombs like noone was there. I was at a complete loss for words. I wish I could get that customers name so I can tell them that they were being so disrespectful to him. AVOID THIS PLACE. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS. There are classes that people can take to enhance their customer service skills, combine that with common decency, respect, and good communication skills, that's what you would need to get this dealership something close to an okay reputation. Awful. Just awful. This is a major disappointment. Again, I feel sorry for Darryl. Going through all of these reviews, DISRESPECTFUL employees seems to be a common theme.Great service

But as soon as we enter the showroom Alston greeted us and help us pick out a car for my daughter. Alston was not aggressive and he made us… feel comfortable. I know we did not pay the highest or lowest price possible. But Alston made the process an enjoyable experience. I will definitely come back.Like my new Pilot

by Kerrilynne3 on 03/27/2018If you want to avoid the haggling and stress of back and forth negotiations for a vehicle, skip all the others and go straight to Atamian. They were the 4th dealership I visited and will be the dealership we visit for future Honda… purchases. It is frustrating to be told that a specific vehicle is in stock only to find when you arrive, that the color you requested is not in stock and if you want the price quoted, you'd have to take a vehicle from stock inventory. That was the game that was played with 3 other dealerships before I came upon Atamian. Not only did they have the right vehicle in stock, but they honored the web price. I worked with Moussif ("Moe") and he made the whole transaction easy and enjoyable. No games, no gimmicks. I absolutely love my new car. If you live in NH, it is worth driving over the border to Atamian. You won't get better customer service and pricing, I can promise you that.Great experience!

I found the car that I had been looking for for 6 moths for the right price and in excellent condition. They went… above and beyond to resolve some minor issues one even being after the sale. Completely worth the drive from Merrimack NH. Two thumbs up!Highly recommended

by ETG1234567 on 11/26/2017After much time researching mid sized trucks that would suit my needs, (F-150 owner for 50 years) given that Ford hasn't made them since 2010, I set my sights on a Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. I contacted 3 or 4 Honda dealerships including one in… Westford the the price we had agreed upon inexplicably jumped $2,400 over night-no effort to explain other than "that's what the computer said" until it didn't. Does "bait and switch" ring a bell? Atamian Honda had none of that. The salesman, Cee, was excellent and forthright as was Tariq, the sales manager. They were thorough and generous. I love my Ridgeline, its technology, and tell my friends that it'll do anything short of grilling a steak for me. Honda thought of everything! by John978 on 11/14/2017Horrible customer service sold me a scratched up brand new accord touring with at least 10-15 scratches / nicks all over car .Stole my money I put down and did not count it In front of me .put my email as i like balls after oil change… service.Tony Messina never did anything for me after all this inconvenience he just called me and told me how much of a tough guy he is and is from east Boston they dont write reviews lmao. Workers wanted to fight me and threatened me (Darryl Dubose) worst salesmen I have ever seen and is still working there somehow . Charged me for things already standard on the car , never payed for my sticker , ignored my problems with the scratches,told me venture shield was whole car coverage and charged me for it but only installed front bumper (which was done by a beginner bubbles everywhere). The service team Never put my oil cap back on after a oil change I open my hood to it just bouncing around near the latch .I could be here all day with how bad this dealer is dont come here .i will bring my money elsewhere .Great price, no surprises
