    Derek is amazing !!! I never have to wait for a loaner , always ready to go .The Service is amazing and they always do a great job on my car!!! Highly recommend Derek and the staff at Landrover in Sudbury!!!

    All staff in the service department were professional. Benjamin was my service contact and he was fantastic. There was good communication with me as to what was being done and when the car would be ready. A very pleasant experience.

    The service I received for a regular check up was outstanding. The Land Rover Sudbury service team greeted me. They were efficient, helpful, thoughtful. I felt very comfortable, leaving my car with them and appreciated the option of having a loaner car. Derek was very cheery and has excellent communication skills. Land Rover Sudbury is very trustworthy and provides exceptional customer service. They made my day by making the process so seamless.

    I always receive great service at Herb Chambers Land Rover in Sudbury. In addition to providing a loaner car, they make sure the details for each service are explained. With the maintenance being completed in a timely manner, I have never had any issues with any of the 4 cars that we have purchased from them. Ryan and Bobby in service are terrific to work with.

    I was satisfied with my service and the fact that this time I was able to get a loaner as noted in my service request but only after I made a confirmation call a week prior to my scheduled appointment. Bryson was very helpful with all aspects of my visit. The wait time for my scheduled 40,000 mile service was three months, a bit long. I had a coupon for a detail that I received when I purchased the vehicle and that service was exceptional! Otherwise would have given 5 stars if it were not for the loaner and wait time issue.

    People really discover the quality of a dealership and the avowed promises made at the time of sale when they come face to face with the service department. Unlike any previous dealership I have encountered, the service team at Sudbury Land Rover could not have been more professional and helpful. Rather than hide behind any fine print, exclusions, or service counter, Dave, Keith, Pete, Tom and Pat bent over backwards to ensure that every detail was dealt with to "my satisfaction". Everything was dealt with good cheer and thoughtfulness. They have proven themselves to be amazing ambassadors for the dealership. Even upon my return they didn't run screaming from the building, don disguises, or were overcome with looks of sheer terror. They deal with every problem no matter how small, persistent or demanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are wonderful people to deal with and I trust them completely.

    Best LR service shop in the area. And Pat H. is the single best service adviser with whom I've ever worked. Full stop. Excellent, timely, and consistent communications. No surprises. Proactive effort to ensure my (car's) concerns are fully addressed. Easy scheduling. Proper LR loaner vehicles. Everything you expect from a LR service experience. And they fix it right the first time (unlike the folks just north of Boston). Strongly recommend them over other options.

    After using this dealership for many years and going through the ownership change, the company has come through nicely. I always feel safe that i won't be steered down a path to do work that was not needed. Peter has come through with follow up phone calls as to the status of when my car will be ready. Peter will go that extra mile to have the car delivered if my work schedule is to hectic and i just can't make it to the dealership to pick it or drop it off ! Excellent service experience.
