Very Pleasant Experience

Drove an hour to visit this dealership vs. the local Land Rover dealership as service level reviews were so strong. I was not disappointed. It started with a nice exchange with Justine (client care) and was followed by a easy sales experience with Vito. I never felt pressured and felt he was looking out for me. I absolutely hate shopping for a car but I have to admit this was pretty darn easy and not the least bit painful.

Very Pleasant Experience

Great Experience

Not the first purchase at Land Rover Sudbury and won't be the last. Vito was terrific. He was responsive but not overly solicitous. He is informed and honest and just a real good guy. Got a new Evoque and a new friend out of the process...not too bad.... : )

Outstanding Sales Experience

We walked into HerbChambers Land Rover on Saturday, June 6th and drove home with a beautiful previously owned Sport HSE today - Monday, June 8th! As walk-in clients salesman Vito Fulcinity introduced himself to my husband, my daughter and me and seamlessly facilitated the test drive, trade in, paperwork, and delivery. He definitely made the difference between a sale and no sale at our first impression experience at HerbChambers Land Rover Sudbury on Saturday. If we were greeted (or not greeted) any differently we would have just window shopped and gone home.

Best LR Service Department in the Area

Best LR service shop in the area. And Pat H. is the single best service adviser with whom I've ever worked. Full stop. Excellent, timely, and consistent communications. No surprises. Proactive effort to ensure my (car's) concerns are fully addressed. Easy scheduling. Proper LR loaner vehicles. Everything you expect from a LR service experience. And they fix it right the first time (unlike the folks just north of Boston). Strongly recommend them over other options.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE....EVER

I am writing this review after concluding my purchase of a Range Rover Evoque at Herb Chambers in Sudbury. Let me first start with some context. We have bought a number of luxury vehicles including BMWs, Range Rovers and Porsches across a number of dealers in the US and internationally. In addition to this context, I recently moved to the US and while my credit score is excellent, I have limited history which could have been a problem financing a vehicle in the US…until I walked into Land Rover of Sudbury! We were moving from NYC to Boston and therefore needed to buy a car. We initially went to a Land Rover in Manhattan who were only interested in taking my deposit. They were not knowledgeable about the car, and when they did get my financing, got it for me at 11% with a requirement of 50% down! They also took over a week to refund my deposit but that is another story for another day. I decided to try and get the Range Rover Evoque in Boston, given it was probably easier to register. I looked up Land Rover in Sudbury and gave them a call – Anthony C. picked up. I told him I was about to make the trip from NYC to Boston, but that I needed to finance the car and had limited credit history. He was upfront about the risks but assured me he would do his best to get a good deal. I landed at the dealership on a Saturday at 11am – Anthony and Bobby greeted me, and introduced me to Rusty who would take me through the sales process. Rusty immediately asked me if I wanted to go for a test drive, and we were off for a 6 mile drive around Sudbury. He was quiet, and not pushy letting the car sell itself. He was on point with any questions I had. He then asked me what trim I was interested in, when I said Prestige; he drove 10 minutes away to the back lot to pull out a brand new Prestige (still in its white shipping wrapping). He took off the wrapping but I didn’t like the color. He then asked patiently if I wanted to see anything else. The Evoque on the showroom floor caught my attention and I asked if it was for sale – it was, and we immediately got down to numbers. Rusty provided me with payment plan options and after a bit of back and forth we starting calling the banks. That is where Anthony and his magic came in! He spent a little over an hour calling the banks, keeping all my limitations in mind, and only came out of his office when he had a positive result…and positive it was. He was able to get me a rate of ~2% with a structure very much under a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I agreed, we processed the papers and in a matter of 4 hours I was out the door with the deal done. I asked if I could pick up the car the following week, and knowing it was our 5th year anniversary and a gift for my wife, they dressed up the Evoque with a red bow for collection! Over the week I inundated both Rusty and Anthony with a number of questions and every time they were super quick to respond. This experience has been BY FAR …THE BEST car purchasing experience I have ever experienced. I will only buy Range Rovers while we live in Boston (unless Anthony moves to another brand) because dealing with this dealership was exceptional. Given my limited credit history they were able to put us in a car of our choice with no car sales BS, the industry is known for and plagued with. In fact, I am so ecstatic with my experience that I encourage anyone who is thinking about dealing with Land Rover of Sudbury to reach out if they have any specific questions about the Range Rover Evoque or the dealership It is for these reasons and so much more I have them rated exceptionally high.

Service without Peer

People really discover the quality of a dealership and the avowed promises made at the time of sale when they come face to face with the service department. Unlike any previous dealership I have encountered, the service team at Sudbury Land Rover could not have been more professional and helpful. Rather than hide behind any fine print, exclusions, or service counter, Dave, Keith, Pete, Tom and Pat bent over backwards to ensure that every detail was dealt with to "my satisfaction". Everything was dealt with good cheer and thoughtfulness. They have proven themselves to be amazing ambassadors for the dealership. Even upon my return they didn't run screaming from the building, don disguises, or were overcome with looks of sheer terror. They deal with every problem no matter how small, persistent or demanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are wonderful people to deal with and I trust them completely.

Rusty makes it easy and enjoyable

The sales process with Rusty was enjoyable from start to finish. From the sales floor to delivery and even after we trusted his knowledge of the rover and we left feeling like we got a competitive price for our new car. He helped show us all the features so we were ready to use them day one instead of having a long self taught learning curve. He also took the time to help install the roof rack, assisted with additional accessory and registration issues. Thank you Rusty!

Could not ask for a better sales experience!

I traded in my LR3 for a Rover Sport and couldn't have asked for a better experience! I purchased my LR3 from Land Rover Sudbury and have been happy with the service and people there, so I wanted to stay loyal to a company and dealership that has been amazing over the years. Matt P. in the sales department made the experience so easy!!!! Not only was I treated fairly but I felt like I was being treated like a friend. Matt kept me updated on the car and time frame, had it ready when promised. There were no hidden costs, no pressure, and I truly felt he went above and beyond what a salesman would normally do. I have always been a loyal happy customer to Land Rover Sudbury for my service, now I can say that Matt has a customer for life with any future suvs I will purchase. The entire staff at Sudbury should be proud, from the receptionist, to the service, to the finace, and sales the dealership is amazing!

After using this dealership for many years and going through the ownership change, the company has come through nicely. I always feel safe that i won't be steered down a path to do work that was not needed. Peter has come through with follow up phone calls as to the status of when my car will be ready. Peter will go that extra mile to have the car delivered if my work schedule is to hectic and i just can't make it to the dealership to pick it or drop it off ! Excellent service experience. I recently leased 2 cars from Land Rover of Sudbury (2012 RR Sport and then flipped back for a 2012 RR) and have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership, both in terms of how I was treated generally as a customer and how straightforward they were in terms of negotiating the terms of each deal. In particular, my sales consultant, Rusty J., was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, responsive, able to quickly work my flip into the RR, and knows these cars inside and out. I am generally appalled at the lack of knowledge some car sales professionals have (particularly in terms of the nav/entertainment systems) but Rusty was able to answer all of my questions and show me how to solve the handful of items I could not figure out. I would definitely recommend the dealership and Rusty.

Rusty J. is the guy to work with there. Talk about customer service - he goes out of his way to do anything to make the process easy for you. He did such a phenomenal job with our LR4 we bought this summer that we just got a Sport from him too instead of sticking with BMWs for our second car. His knowledge, service and reliability are second to none. And he doesn't disappear right after the sale. He's been quick to help with anything afterwards too. We were reluctant to go to Sudbury from Wellesley but they pick up and drop off a loaner for service. Cant say enough! Ask for Rusty

THE place for Land Rover

Dealing with car purchases is always nerve racking whether or not you're purchasing a high end vehicle or not. Thankfully, I chose to go to Sudbury Land Rover where I was completely taken aback by the incredibly high standards of professionalism, the good humor, and thoughtfulness of the dealership. Their philosophy was essentially, "how can we help you". Ben M. and his sales team put me completely at ease. Rusty J. was superb in following up ; completely without pressure or hassle. They made the decision to purchase hassle free and easy making clear that my satisfaction was key in the entire process. Of course while that treatment helps, it is the after purchase care that was the true test of their professionalism and they were extraordinary! All aspects of care, question, detail and minor issues were dealt with promptly, painlessly and without hesitation. On the contrary, they were apologetic for any inconvenience and following up afterwards to ensure my satisfaction. These are not the type of people that relinquish responsibility at the time of sale but continue to fret and work hard afterwards. It is very clear that they are committed to going "above and beyond" for any and all clients. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben, Rusty, the service team of Pat, Dave, Pete and Tom. They are the best ambassadors of commitment to client service I have encountered.
