was lied to!!
by John Doe on 07/20/2024Looked at a 2021 Honda CRV to replace the one that was totaled. We liked the car and decided to buy it. The only thing that I was not happy with was the tires that were on the car. I Menchen'd this to 3 people they did not even look like… they would pass inspection. The day we picked up the car Cliff said the new tires look good. I am disabled and did not look at the tires there. When we got home, I said to my wife they must have put really cheap tires. The next time we went out we went on the highway, and it sounded like we had a bad bearing. called Herb to set up an appointment to have it looked at, and guess what it was the tires these were the old tires. Now they put on the new tires. But we were lied to, the salesperson said to us oh the new tires look good. all they did was armor-all the heck out of the tires. This is the second car we have bought from them, and we had the same salesperson.John, we regret any inconvenience you experienced with the tires on your vehicle. Car sales made easy

I’ve purchased vehicles from other car manufacturer dealers, but Herb Chambers experience was the best by far. I was in and out in… 3 hours with a washed car and plates transferred. The sale consultant even explained all the features to us in detail and fully answered all our questions. The Customer is Always Right.
by Rex and Charlotte on 04/20/2024I like that the sales team gave us what we asked for. We wanted a blue car and they located one 130 miles away which they drove out to retrieve the very next day! We got the model, the trim, the color and the features that we had in mind at… a good price (we didn't qualify for the "recent graduate" or other incentives). This is the third car that we bought through Edmunds and we found their reviews are excellent and very helpful. We also consulted Consumer Reports, but their information was not as helpful. The dealer offered us various additional services which we weren't interested in and they didn't try to pressure us into accepting them. Very civilized. The dealer also provided a good test drive (not too short, not too long) and excellent training in the operation of the new technology (I was surprised by how well the Android Auto data-link works). Before we drove away in our new car, the manager asked if there was anything that they could do to improve and we could not think of anything.Rex & Charlotte, we're so glad to know that our team at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk was able to find the perfect car for you!
