New Honda Fit

Its a complete turn off for me.If I felt they were, I would just have turned around and walked out.Instead I got a real nice guy named Miguel. We randomly came across a few civics for sale from herb chambers of seekonk the other day and… decided to stop in to see what they had. A sales rep. approached us immediately and was at our very assistance. He was friendly and made our visit and deal very pleasant and comfortable. He gave us exactly what we were looking for in a car and in customer service. Needless to say we purchased the car that day and will refer as many people as we can to your dealership. My Honda Experience
by clg4 on 11/27/2014I never intended on purchasing or leasing a car when I walked into the Seekonk Honda dealer. Russ Curran did not try to sell me a car. He asked for the information I including purchase vs lease options. I never felt pressured by Russ… and felt as if he was more of a consultant/advisor rather than a salesperson. I am still happy with my lease of my Accord after a month it was a great buying experience.clg4; Thanks for taking the time to review your experience with Russ Curran, we are grateful for the business. Truly the best customer service
by EO731 on 10/11/2014I will admit, I was nervous before going to look at a car I had been eyeing due to past experiences at car dealerships like Metro Ford. I had mentally prepared myself to be on the defense from the get-go, but it turned out to be all for… nothing. This was the first time I've been to a car dealership that I felt like I was being taken care of instead of being swindled. I did my research for almost 2 weeks prior to finally going in. After shopping around for the best price for a vehicle I wanted, Herb Chambers exceeded my expectations by surpassing the best price, finding any incentive I qualified for to get me the best deal on my purchase, and offered me the highest value for my trade-in. I was even told that I could try elsewhere to see if a different dealership might offer me more for it, and this was after researching what my car was currently going for right in front of my eyes. I felt zero pressure the entire time. My visit here also felt more informational than anything. I was taught everything I'd need to know about the car I was interested in and if I decided to purchase it, fine... If I didn't, that was fine too. I must also mention that I was visiting with a fussy newborn and Domenica offered to take the new car to the fire station to have my car seat installed by a certified technician while I waited. She also gave me her personal cell number to use if I ever had any questions about the car and told me she would call me after a few days to see how I liked the car and to see if I had any questions yet. All car dealerships should take note of Herb Chambers' customer service practices. This is how you sell cars, keep customers, and make new ones. Definitely not your average dealership. The Opposite of the Stereotypical Dreaded Car Buying Experience
by newminivanmom on 09/20/2014My husband I and recently purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring minivan from Herb Chambers of Seekonk. I was dreading the car buying experience since I had heard so many bad car buying stories. Chris D was truly a pleasure to work with.… He didn't pressure us in any way. He was laid back showing us the car and laid back while we took the time to decide if we wanted it. He was extremely patient while I stared at two color choices. I was also very impressed with how he treated us after we had purchased the car. When we went to go pick the car up he was super patient and attentive while showing us all the features of the car. He also has been great when we call back trying to figure out how features work. Overall, I recommend the dealership, but I also recommend you ask for Chris D specifically if you are the type that cannot stand being pressured and like to take your time making decisions. My son and I met Chris D on the lot and I could tell that he was very… knowledgeable about the inventory as well as selling cars. He made us feel very comfortable and did not pressure us in the least. After we left I had called him with a few questions; and he was more than helpful. Needless to say I bought my Honda Accord through Chris and I couldn't be happier. Not only did I have a positive experience, I got myself the best deal by far. Went in to buy, left with a lease!

We drove the car and started discussing figures and I realized I wasn't going to be able to make it work. Phanuel took… the initiative to bring over lease figures that were exactly what I was looking for. I realized that a lease was the perfect solution for me and I ended up with a 2014 CR-V! Herb Chambers was excellent as always (This was my third car buying experience at this dealer) and I recommend anyone looking for a Honda to visit this location! We met Brian outside and told him we just wanted to look around and he showed us where the cars were that we were… interested in. Long story short, we ended up buying a car that day, our third from the Herb Chambers group and we won't buy a car anywhere else. I originally had thoughts of buying a different vehicle when I spoke with her. She never pushed and would check in with me… occasionally to see if I had made a decision. I never once had that awful nagging feeling some salespeople can give. When I finally made up my mind and realized for the price quoted, the trade-in value for my 2009 Honda Pilot, the amazing service I have received over the years at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, a new Honda Pilot was the only way to go.
