Jim was great. Came in on a Saturday when dealership was closed, and Jim showed my family the cars we were interested in. Ended up buying one, and leased the other.

She listened to exactly what I wanted and needed and now I have the perfect car and an even better deal. They are… all very friendly and ready to find the perfect fit for you. If they did not have the color or interior option in stock, they have found… one for me every time. Cliff Stern was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and Scott Birtles definitely sets the tone for the great culture and service they have throughout their entire staff. Brian Delsesto in finance also made what many people dread a smooth experience. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.turned me from a Toyota guy to a honda guy
by great no pressure shop on 10/09/2019I went in not knowing much about the product line, thought I wanted an accord, or something Colby was very patient with me and took me through paying attention to what I was looking for. The leasing process was pretty painless and… everybody was so nice and helpful. I normally dread car shopping (I was replacing a 2004 camry with 270k miles on it) but this was a breeze! One monday Afternoon, and a Saturday afternoon and I was in My new CRV and I love it!!Wonderful experience

The entire team is great, but my salesperson Colby went… above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. Danielle in internet sales called me as soon as she knew they had the exact car I wanted coming in. They took all the stress out. They sold @ sticker when the majority of area dealerships either sell at 2-5k markup or load the car with optional accessories. There was none of that here. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay, with diligent and courteous service from start to finish. I cannot reccomend Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk enough.Buying a car couldn't have been made easier.

From making a deal on the new car and trading in my old one, the whole process was relaxing and stress… free. by Paul on 01/27/2019In our society, the phrase "used car salesman" has a very pejorative connotation. Whatever the merits of that may or may not be, Cliff Stern, was NOT that. He is a 'mensch' (for those of you who don't know, 'mensch' is the highest order of… gentlemanliness.) Everything was smooth and very professional, with no hard sell from Cliff. He is an honest man. At one point, he even noticed one of my eyes was tearing from the cold, and handed me a tissue. A very sweet gesture, have nothing to do with ulterior motive; the sale had been made. He's just a nice guy. Herb Chambers is a well-oiled operation. They know what they're doing.Quick and easy! As always! 2nd lease purchase.

Additionally pricing and pros/cons with each car were upfront and there was no pressure whatsoever. Bruce Reis was my… sales consultant and he was amazing; he did much more than just consult. It was very surprising and impressive to see how knowledgeable he was in regards to a Mercedes, given that we were in a Honda dealership. I would, without any reservations, recommend Herb Chambers Honda for their service, upfront pricing, car selection. Additionally I would tell any of my friends to ask for Bruce Reis, as he was spectacular in how he treated me both before, during, and after our car purchase; going out of his way more than he had/needed to. I worked with Rancier as my sales associate. I was in the market for a particular vehicle and had a… certain price range I needed to be in. He knew exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect car for me. He was quick to send me information and pictures when the car first arrived at the dealership. Rancier made my experience very easy and less stressful. I also dealt with Scott who was very open with me on what work was going to be performed on the vehicle. He gave me the peace of mind that I would be getting a quality used vehicle with all the up to date maintenance completed.Awesome Experience

by evelez1216 on 07/06/2018I went in looking for a pre-owned car. I was walking around the lot looking at the cars and a women named Amanda Peters. came out and met me and my father. She was extremely friendly and offered for us to search through the database for… cars. She asked my budget, what I use the car for, and a general idea of the models I like. Through a few questions we were able to find a few fits that we liked. She found me a car with low miles which was under my budget and fuel efficient (which was a requirement since I am a heavy commuter). We took it for a test drive, while doing the test drive she explained general features and functions. Upon choosing a car, she was there throughout the whole process and continuously kept us up to date on the status of the car. It was a long process of course, but Amanda's attitude made the entire process amazing and enjoyable. On top of that our finance specialist was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and also kept us up to date the entire time. I have already recommended her and this location to many friends and family! I could not be happier with my new car.Smooth purchase

There was no pressure,. after I made the purchase Bruce ensured the car is… delivered in great condition. The dealer didn't reduce the price from the listed one. Though their listed price was competitive. Overall my experience with herb chambers was good and I do recommend.Hectic but worth it
by SeniorExec on 04/03/2018By hectic I mean we made the mistake of going in on a Saturday. You would have thought they were giving cars away. It was practically standing room only. Our salesman Sam did his best to try and slow things down to a reasonable pace.… Went back on a weekday and sanity returned. Sam went out of his way to make sure that we understood the differences in buying a car in 2018 vs. 2004. Given the high volume off this dealership, you worry that you would get lost in the shuffle, but Sam went out of his way to make sure this didn't happen. Also, the way they have things organized helps in the process as well. I do think that allowing a longer test drive would be something to consider. One that was essentially "around the block" I didn't think gave enough time to get a real feel for the car.We need more Ryan"s in the world of used cars and technology!
