Their knowledge base about a variety of car manufacturers made us feel… comfortable making our decision. Bruce was very helpful walking us through the trade-in process. The whole team was interactive and fun to talk to and their service department has been great with our Forester. Our overall experience was a joy and greatly reduced the pressure and anxiety of purchasing a new car. Bruce made the process streamlined and worked with me to find the best… fit for what I was looking for. Most dealerships I’ve been to have added pressure or been unwilling to work with the customer, but that was not my experience at Mastria! I felt like I was given honest answers and and a fair assessment of my trade-in vehicle. Thank you Bruce, and all of the other people on the team I met, for making this one of the least stressful car buying experiences I’ve had!Over the top!

I told Bruce exactly what I was looking for, and he suggested that we test drive the Crosstrek and the Forester. Bruce set us up with the cross track first and… let us take it out alone. Bruce went over all the safety features that each car had to offer. Ultimately, we chose the Forester. It was a much smoother ride and had a few extras that I really wanted. Getting to the financial aspect, took a wee bit longer than we had hoped for, but as soon as we were in the office, that part of the process was quick and seamless. We made our decision on Saturday and the car was ready to pick up Monday evening, they took care of the registration, sticker, and final detailing. “ The Gray Lady” looked gorgeous!! We we are extremely impressed with the whole process and very grateful to Bruce for listening to what it was exactly that I was looking for.5 Stars
