All the sales people were wonderful and help full. The entire process was the Best experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. My salesman Bruce Grabert found just the car I wanted. He made the car shopping experience fun, no hassle. At… no time did I feel pressured into buying a car. I highly recommend going to Masteria Subaru if your looking for a new car and ask for Bruce Grabert.

About six months ago my wife and I went to Mastria to poke around and get some ideas and Bruce let us test drive a few vehicles. We ended up leaving with the intention of returning… when we finally sold my car at the time. Fast forward a few months and I totaled my car and was in dire need of a new one. When we went back to Mastria, we had the pleasure of meeting with Bruce again and he remembered us immediately! After looking at a few cars I found the one I liked. While I was going over paperwork, the previous owner of my new car walked in to get his new vehicle serviced! The three of us chatted for a couple of minutes and I saw the rapport that Bruce had with him. I will be going back when my wife needs a new car, because I have never been treated that well at any other dealership I've been to.Love my new Crosstrek
