Thank you to all the staff at Mastria Subaru for making what could have been a very stressful car buying experience so easy and smooth. Bruce and his whole team were so helpful from the first time I walked in until I picked up my new car.… They were very fair and did everything they could to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the whole process and my new car. by Silver Fox on 02/28/2025Overall the dealership experience was the best I've had when looking to purchase a new vehicle. The showroom and waiting areas were very clean and inviting. Folks were friendly and helpful but never made me feel pressured in any way.… After a few walks around the car lot we sat down with Bruce to discuss our requirements for a vehicle and what was actually available. Bruce answered our questions and also offered additional information that was extremely helpful. After narrowing down the make of Subaru, we selected a vehicle and went for the test drive. Again, no pressure. We discussed the extra items I was looking for and Bruce suggested the package that contained those items. There was no oversell. I selected my vehicle. Bruce contacted my insurance company, registered the vehicle, and obtained the inspection sticker. We arranged a time for pickup of the car, met the service team with whom we would deal in the future, got another review of the bells and whistles of the vehicle, were handed the keys and I was the owner of a new car. by Don Joe on 02/20/2025updated 02/28/2025I recommend using this dealership because: it's not so big that you get bogged down in process (people seem to get along with each other and know how to get things done), you'll be treated with respect and not "sold" on anything, the team… is thorough and transparent. Mark went out of his way to get my car registered and ready to go despite a few hiccups with my license. I saw the add, I called, went down, talked about seafood, cars, and family with the employees, and drove off the next day with the car I wanted.Very Positive Experience!

Bruce could not have done anything better from start to finish. He made… the buying process so seem-less it's as if it never happened. Fast forward to 2025. I am looking to trade in a used WRX and get into a new Crosstrek. Bruce seals the deal again putting together a package overnight and putting me in a new 2024 Sun Blaze Pearl Crosstrek without a hitch.
