Doing this brought me to at least 10 different dealerships. Out of all the dealerships and all the… salespeople I talked to, Heather C. was by far the best. She was knowledgeable and helpful and kept me informed without being pushy. She made the car buying experience not intimidating and low stress. I would recommend Heather to both the experienced car buyer and the first car buyer. I know many car buyers are nervous about being pushed into something they don't want or being taken advantage of, this is something you won't have to worry about with Heather! I have been letting all my friends know that if they are interested in a Subaru ( or a different make used vehicle) to go to Heather! Lies and manipulation
by dylanspeaks on 05/22/2012updated 08/03/2025The salesman quoted me a price over the phone for the impreza with 0% financing. When we arrived at the dealship we were told both price and interest rate was wrong. The sales manager then said he would honor the price but not interest… rate. He proceeded to offer us a super low price on our trade. We said we would keep our old car and buy the new one at the agreed price. The salesmanager said he would not sell us the car unless we traded in our old car. He said he needed to do this to make up for the fact that he was selling us the new car for too little money. We finally agreed because we felt bullied and there were three different people stressing us out. Then we went to the finance officer. It should have cost $470.00 dollars per month for financing but he tried to add extended warranties increasing the cost to $800.00 per month. We finally arrived at a document that we reflected the loan and we left feeling we had been very pressured. The next day, Sunday, we received a call from the salesman and salesmanager asking if were going to give them tens in the customer satisfaction survey from Subaru. We told them NO! We had been very disappointed with the experience. The salesmanager said then they would not sell us the car.Hi- Unfortunately, the salesman you spoke with was new and he quoted you an incorrect price. We're sincerely sorry that that happened to you - mistakes happen but we certainly understand why it was a confusing and disappointing experience for you. We did honor the incorrect price (at a significant loss to us) but despite that, you remained unsatisfied. We were certainly willing to take a loss - and a lot of heat from management - to make you happy and give you the deal you were quoted. We're sorry that wasn't enough to make it a satisfactory transaction for you.

Great experience

The moment we began talking, I was immediately comfortable. Not once did I ever feel like he was trying to… force a sale or push me into something that I didn't want. I was very specific with what I was looking for, and I am more than happy with the 2014 Impreza that I bought. Shawn was able to answer each and every question that I had, without missing a beat. The price on the car was very competitive; the entire atmosphere of the place made me very comfortable about buying this car. Add the warranty to the deal, and I have absolutely zero concern about the maintenance and care for my vehicle. I would recommend Shawn, and this dealership, to anybody.We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your experience with us at Haddad Subaru! Thank you for letting us know how we're doing. I lease and I did my research and they really surprized me as I got more of a car then I was expecting to get. The process was so… incredibly easy and I drove off the lot will a huge smile. If at first you don't succeed...

My old car was junk, but I still had quite a bit to pay on the loan which made finding the right car at the right price quite a task. Good… thing for me my sales assistant Richard was up to the challenge. Took us a little while, and some trial and error, but in the end we found me a great car (Nissan Sentra) that fits my budget. They even got me a 2 year/24,000 mile full warranty, which is great considering what I just went through with my last car. His help didn't end after the sale either. I managed to drain my battery (playing with the great stereo system it came with) the point of being unable to start the car on the same day I picked it up. I called up Richard, and he personally came to my location with a charge box and jumped the car back to life. Now that's some great service!We are so incredibly pleased to hear that our staff, specifically Richard, went above and beyond during your time with us at Haddad Subaru! Thank you for letting us know about your experience. We hope you enjoy your new vehicle for many years and we look forward to seeing you again!
Excellent Dealership - Competitive Pricing, Professional and Friendly Staff

Like some of the other reviewers, we shopped around at about 10 dealerships within proximity to get a… Subaru (either new or used) that met our budget. We had a particular price point for a new Subaru Forester 2014--and our saleswoman, Danielle D., helped us get a price we could afford. We valued working with her from the outset through the closing. She was professional, efficient, responsive, and flexible--and, as was said, of other Haddad sales people, she was "knowledgeable, helpful and informative without being pushy." We were also surprised that after the closing, she was kind enough to offer to meet us to pick up our car on her day off. I also found the General Sales Manager, Chris K., to be very helpful when we had some follow-up questions. Bottom line, it was Haddad Subaru's competitive pricing that got us through the door, but we'd come back and recommend them not only because of their fair prices, but because they also had some of the best customer service we've experienced at any dealership. When we actually visited Haddad to test drive the car and make a decision, we were pleased to find all team members seemed to work well together, and we enjoyed being greeted by a "mascot" puppy. In general, the atmosphere was unusually warm, cheerful, and comfortable for a car dealership. We appreciated how friendly everyone was and how welcoming the space given we had our toddler in tow. This added to our overall smooth, no-nonsense, pleasant experience buying our car.Wow, we are so excited to hear about your amazing visit to Haddad Subaru!
