From start to finish, it was a smooth and easy transaction. As I have never owned a Lincoln before I was a little apprehensive about purchasing one wasn’t sure if Lincoln would have everything I was looking for in a vehicle.Upon arrival I was introduced to Mara, she sat down with me and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle, after gathering some information, she showed me a couple of vehicles that fit my description, I was then matched with the vehicle that fit my description and suited all my needs. With no pressure applied. Mara asked, was I sure if this was the vehicle I wanted, which I confirmed. She then worked with management to get the me best price for my trade-in. Everything after this point was all flowers and roses.

    My experience was great to start. Found a Certified pre-owned 2018 Lincoln MKZ. Great deal and then a very pleasant experience with the salesman Danny J.. From there my experience turned sour and it is not one I am likely to repeat. I encountered a tire problem wherein one of the tires on my vehicle was losing air. When I brought it to the tire shop I was told that the tire had a amateurish rope plug in the sidewall. Apparently this was missed in the certified pre-owned inspection. OK, mistakes happen. I replaced the tire and contacted the sales rep. After multiple weeks of contact attempts I was told that the dealer would make good on the tire by the sales rep. All good, right? Well, 2 months passed after I immediately sent in the receipt as requested. After multiple contact attempts I finally got in touch with Danny and was told that the refund was working it's way through the system. This was in mid-December. As January rolled around with still no results I decided to contact the sales manager Peter. I forwarded him information previously shared with Danny but got no reply other than when I initiated contact. Finally, a few weeks later I was told by Peter that the dealer would *not* make good on the tire because the receipt did not note the specific problem. My last correspondence was to remind Peter of the commitment made by Danny and tell him that I still had the tire and was happy to bring it to him for personal inspection. No reply. That is it for me. All of this took place over a period of 3+ months and all contacts had to be initiated by and chased by me. Peter did not even seem aware of previous communications on the topic with Danny. Disappointing for a dealer of the size and reputation of Herb Chambers. They just lost a current and potentially future customer for $250.

    Al was the BEST to work with! He made the car buying experience very pleasant and easy. He answered all my questions and I never felt pressured. I love my car and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

    My husband and I bought a Navigator from Herb Chambers Lincoln and I can not say enough good things about them.The show room is clean, modern, and comfortable; and their salespeople are friendly and down to earth. Specifically, Al Coelho was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He answered all of my questions patiently and explained other things very well. He also did extra research and homework and found me an amazing deal! He took care of absolutely everything from inspection to registration and all I had to do was drive my new car! I would not hesitate one bit in recommending anyone go here for a new car.

    My recent dealings with this dealership was the best I have ever experienced. Peter Hern, General Manager, and Danny Jordan, Sales Consultant, worked very hard to help me select the vehicle that would best fit my lifestyle. This was my second Lease with this dealership and our relationship will definitely continue. Never before have I been made to feel like such an important client. I am very grateful.

    Walked in at 1000 am and drove out that day with a new vehicle. They have upfront below market pricing on quality vehicles. My sales rep Al coordinated all aspects of my purchase. Not often I say this but this car dealership was worth the trip

    Danny Jordan could not have made our car buying experience any easier. He was professional, patient and never once put on any pressure. We are thrilled with the experience we had at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. James Lewis made the paperwork portion of our purchase a breeze. He explained every detail about the financing and warranty but did not push us to purchase anything we were not comfortable with.

    I purchased a Lincoln MKZ with sales representative, Christine Feteira at Herb Chambers Lincoln and it was hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Christine worked with me to find the exact car I was looking for. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable in showing me the features of the car, and worked to get me the best deal. The service with her after the sale has also been incredible. If you are looking to buy a car at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Norwood, I cannot say enough great things about my car buying experience with Christine Feteira.

    Christine Feteira was the sales person who helped me in buying my first Lincoln car. Her quality service, personality and sincerity convinced me to buy a Lincoln car, instead of a Cadillac car. Her outstanding performance also has reflected the standard of Herb Chamber Lincoln.

    I went to Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood to look at a couple of used cars. I bought a ‘15 Lincoln MKZ that looked in good shape. The dealership and my salesperson Paul made the transaction effortless. They also went the extra mile and put on new tires and brakes without my request. Just part of buying a Lincoln Certified vehicle and the dealer doing the right thing after inspection. I was impressed and pleased with the whole process. I definitely recommend the no haggling approach Chambers’ uses to sell cars...stress free and everyone wins! Thx

    My experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln was great. The salesman I had, Sean Labarge, did a great job taking my wife and I through the sales process. He was courteous and knowledgeable a nice man to work with. We ordered a MKZ on April 23 and it didn't come in until July 11. My lease ran out the end of June. Sean and the sales manager Jeremy offered a loaner to me for the 12 days I was without a car, a Lincoln Continental, to me that's great customer service. When my lease is up I will certainly return.

    My Sales Consultant Mara Russell was nothing short of phenomenal, she took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted. When I was unsure of something she was extremely patient with me, after showing me 3 MKZ's I decided to take the first one that she showed me for a test drive. (Each time walking back to retrieve the next car). Mara also took the time to explain each question that I had about the car and the entire process thoroughly enough for me to understand as a first time car buyer. She truly had my best interest at heart and focused on getting me the best deal for my particular situation. As a first time luxury car owner, a lot of the functions of the car were foreign to me and she explained each detail perfectly for me to take full advantage of all of the features of the car. Not to mention she was extremely kind, very easy to talk to and even during down time she was tremendously accommodating making me feel comfortable while the paperwork was being finished. Overall a very satisfying feeling throughout the entire process. - Thank you for making this such an easy decision. My friends and family are so impressed they already want to have their own and I've only had the car for a week!

    Our salesman was good but delivery of this vehicle was a nightmare. Dealership dropped the ball on a few issues from the windshield repair, registration and inspection. Kept telling us they handled but when follow up it was not done. Overall bad experience with this dealership. In this competitive market you would think they would want to make sure the customer was satisfied. Would not recommend this dealership.

    Danny Jordan made this a very pleasant car buying experience. I had spent months shopping around for cars at numerous dealerships. I had been interested in a few vehicles at this Herb Chambers dealership in Massachusetts. Danny thoroughly reviewed the options on both vehicles and had me test drive the one I preferred, talking me through the unique hybrid features along the way. All and all, a positive, productive experience every step of the way. Thanks a lot!

    This place has earned mine and my father's highest recommendation (no easy feat where my dad is concerned). I had been in search of the perfect (used) Nissan Rogue SL to call my own, and found exactly one within the miles and price range I was looking for; it happened to be at Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood (also one of the few cars on the lot that was not a Lincoln, of course). We were immediately greeted by James S. and a friendly receptionist at the front desk, and then James proceeded to guide my father and I through an informative and professional car-buying experience with a healthy dose of humor. I would go as far as to say we actually had fun! On the trip down to the dealership that morning, I had told my father in the car that I wished I could be real with the salesmen that we were meeting at the various dealership we had visited previously, and not have to play the game; I wanted to have a humanized version of the car-buying experience where I could be honest with where I was at and what I was looking for. That is exactly what I got with James, who did everything he could to get me that Rogue within what I was able to pay for it, and quickly, too! No haggling, no waiting, and we ended it with everyone feeling that the transaction was fair. Jim L. helped us through the paperwork post-purchase, and was equally personable and awesome. When I returned with my father to pick up the car a few days later, James impressed my father and I yet again when he admitted to having spent some time researching the features of the Rogue, and was able to talk us through every little bell and whistle. My "new" car was sparkling clean and had a full tank of gas. Nice touch! We recognized immediately when we stepped onto the lot full of cars much more expensive than the one I would be purchasing that we were not James and Jim's usual customers, but they treated us like royalty just the same. When we left in my new car, my father warned me to never, ever expect that level of professionalism (and fun) again in car buying, because it is a rarity. Thank you, J and J!

    I had the very best experience every step of the purchasing process. Sean Labarge was so informative and on top of every step during the process. I couldn’t imagine buying from anyone else now. Sitting down with Jim for financing was like having a discussion with someone you know personally. So honest and helpful!

    I had a wonderful car buying experience at Herb Gordon Lincoln of Norwood and want to take a moment to thank Sean and the rest of the team. Sean had answers to most of my questions, and found answers for those he didn't know in a matter of minutes. Everyone at the dealership was helpful, friendly and attentive. Setting up the test-drive was simple and took just minutes. With a limited time-frame of a weekend that I gave myself to purchase a vehicle, I could not have selected a better place to work with. The facility is bright and airy, refreshments are available in the comfortable lounge and the transaction was smooth and efficient. I will certainly keep Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood in my sights for my next purchase.

    I've been to many dealerships looking for a vehicle (BMW, Audi, Infinity, ect.) and Bill Owen went above & beyond to help me find what I was looking for while staying within my budget. He spent the time to answer all of my questions, which was alot lol, & was very pleasant to work with. There was no pressure & he made what can otherwise be a dreadful experience a great one. I would highly recommend him and this dealership, great experience & exceptional service!!

    I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Taurus from Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood. Danny Jordan helped me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Jim Lewis also helped with the financing of the vehicle, and he was great in helping me and also respecting my requests. Danny Jordan also went out of his way to meet me to get a VIN check done on the vehicle. The professionalism and understanding that both of these gentlemen showed me throughout the entire process was enough to earn my business the next time I am in the market for a vehicle, and recommendation for anyone else looking to purchase a vehicle.
