Go to herb chambers, ask for Mara Russell and I’m sure she’ll have something for you. If new is not in your budget look at the used car one owner… vehicles in stock. Everyone at the dealer was top notch, even the finance guru.we’ll be trading in our leased nautilus I. 23months to go . Robert in service was over the top. He kept me informed twice a day as to the status of my car. Once you buy a Chambers car, you’ll never go elsewhere. 2019 nautilus
by Mike DeGrace on 06/06/2024updated 06/26/2024I have owned five Lincoln cars. This 2019 Lincoln nautilus is the worst vehicle that I have owned. I would not recommend this particular model to anyone. I’ve owned the nautilus not even two years. It has been in for repair more times that… I want to count. The service dept has done a very good job taking care of the problems but they still persist. Because no one has witnessed the problem other than my family and myself seems to be a problem in itself. Again the service dept at Herb Chambers Lincoln have done a very good job . I believe that this peculiar model is the major issue.Mike, thank you for the feedback. As of July 12,2024 the car still has the odor that i have been complaining about for almost two years. I suggest that you stop putting the positive survey of the service dept and come up with a plan to fix the car. your priority are wrong customer first.
