Michael Whitsett was very patient with us. I was looking at a new Pilot to replace my 2017 totaled in a recent accident. He walked me through the features and was very understanding when I decided to go with a 2021 that was almost exactly… like my 2017. I love my "new" Honda Pilot aka Storm Trooper

My… sister accompanied me to the dealership - just being inquisitive and supportive and she had no intention of purchasing a car ------well, while we were speaking to Ray and looking at the cars - she decided to also by a new car! Ray is knowledgeable, professional, and, above all, patient. We were also thinking about a Fit or a… Civic, and Ray graciously spent several hours with us while we made our decision. I'm also grateful that Lia was able to handle all the paperwork with the Registry, including cancelling the plates on my trade in, since it would have been an hours-long process for me. I bought my last car new from a different dealership, and can't begin to tell you how much better this experience was! Ray did not pressure us, and made the entire experience quite enjoyable! We came to Lia Honda on the recommendation of a friend, and we'll now recommend Lia to everyone we know who might be considering a new car. Thank you all, especially Ray, for all your help!
