    This was our first time leasing a vehicle. We had many questions & concerns about the process. Everything was explained in detail to us & we left there feeling confident in leasing our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

    My experience with Tony was top notch. He listened to me, answered my questions, and would have let me go, if the vehicle was not what I wanted.

    The service I received on my vehicle was quick and they covered my warranty issue in a timely fashion. It did however take over a week to get a weekend appointment.

    Mike Goyette and Mark Babineau were great to work with. They answered any questions I had and did everything they could to make sure I drove off the lot with the vehicle of my pleasure and happy. Excellent customer service by both of them.

    when I placed my inquiry over the Internet I received a call from Jason Borges to verify the type of vehicle I was interested in - whomever typed my inquiry from the Internet had entered the incorrect vehicle - if Jason had not taken the time to verify this with me - there would have been NO sale - Jason was very professional and courteous - we did make the sale/purchase

    They have a large selection of vehicles. Most people at the dealership were friendly. They could improve upon communication and organization. Overall, a decent dealership.

    Mike was extremely easy to work with, he got me into the shop imediatly and expedited my repairs. He worked with my schedule from the begining going out of his way to fit my appointment in. He has my business from now on.

    I especially enjoyed the woman-friendly atmosphere: clean, technologically advanced Ladies' Room AND the magazines!! I've never seen Vogue, Vanity Fair or Glamour in a Car dealership waiting area. Field & Stream etc. yes.

    Sales person (J. Parkin) was knowledgable about the vehicle I purchased, and very personable and professional. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on purchase one way or the other during the negotiation process. It was an honest and transparent negotiation. Ultimately I could not be happier with the process. I will recommend Colonial South Dodge to anyone who is interested in the Chrysler brands, and will return myself for service and any new Dodge vehicles in the future.
