    I was in for an oil change for my 2023 Silverado. Everything was done on time . I was able to leave at a reasonable time. The service technician provided a text with a video with status of the service.

    Great service experience, had transmission replaced on my truck, dealership kept me updated every step of the install through phone calls, texts and videos.

    As soon as I walked in the door on Monday 0800 I was taken care of by Steve, he has lots of energy, processed my vehicle with no problems. I was willing to wait in the waiting area which was very nice with comfortable soft seating which you don't find in other places. I was offered a lift home in which I did not know they provided, Leo (I believe that it his name and I apologize if I have it wrong) knew the area well when I was dropped off, thank you! Maintenance did an awesome job, dropped off at 0800 and was done by 1:30pm and was notified by Steve that everything was completed. They even picked me up after when they weren't suppose to! That is going above and beyond for customer service! I definitely highly recommend Dartmouth Colonial a very great Service Dept., Thanks Steve!

    Worst dealership service department I have ever dealt with, totally unorganized, they will lie straight to your face then take all your money, if your smart you will STAY AWAY!!
