by Michael_Gonsalves on 06/05/2018As soon as I walked in the door on Monday 0800 I was taken care of by Steve, he has lots of energy, processed my vehicle with no problems. I was willing to wait in the waiting area which was very nice with comfortable soft seating which… you don't find in other places. I was offered a lift home in which I did not know they provided, Leo (I believe that it his name and I apologize if I have it wrong) knew the area well when I was dropped off, thank you! Maintenance did an awesome job, dropped off at 0800 and was done by 1:30pm and was notified by Steve that everything was completed. They even picked me up after when they weren't suppose to! That is going above and beyond for customer service! I definitely highly recommend Dartmouth Colonial a very great Service Dept., Thanks Steve!STAY AWAY!
