Refreshing Experience

Can’t recommend Colonial VW enough. I had been looking at different brands for a few weeks and found it refreshing to work with Steve Warren. There was no hard selling, no gimmicks or pitches, or pressure. He got us a fair deal on our trade… in despite it having about 150k miles and we were in and out in less than 2.5 hours with our new car. The financing process was straightforward and again there was no hard selling. Just a great experience and I would highly recommend Colonial VW and Steve Warren.

Great service at VW Medford

Let me tell you it was a no hassle process and was able to get a 2015 Tiguan in excellent condition. I'm writing this review after… about 9 months of owning the vehicle. It has had no problems and the service team is fantastic at Medford. Again Greg Cohen makes purchasing a car a fun, fast, and fair deal. He is my go to recommendation when people ask me where to get a VW from. Greg, keep up the great work!Great service at VW Medford

I didn't have to call or follow up Greg Rusty and Chris had it all set in… 48 hours. When you're buying a car it's not just the car but the service. If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle Greg will make sure you get the car you need, he's not pushy at all and it's just an overall fun experience the way it should be. by ErininSalem on 06/27/2018Paul Lazzaro at Colonial Volkswagen of Medford was outstanding! I hadn't purchased a car in 10 years so the whole process felt pretty much new to me. There was no sales pressure! Paul helped me find the best Jetta model for me. I felt… very comfortable with Paul; he assured me he understood how daunting the car-buying process can be. I test drove the SE model but did not like that it didn't have the power driver's seat. This is very important to me, as I'm petite and need to adjust the seat to fit me. It took me some time to make a decision because I was focused on the added cost. But like I stated before, I did not feel pressured to buy. Paul wanted me to be comfortable with my decision. I decided on the 2018 Jetta 1.8T SEL and I LOVE IT! I'm so happy with my decision to go with Colonial VW! Thank you Paul!Frank W. And Colonial VW are THE best!

On our first visit, even though he knew we had other appointments already lined up because… we were early in the buying process, Paul was still incredibly welcoming and patient. It was a huge help to feel like we were working WITH our car salesman, and after we tried out a few cars at other dealerships we knew it was time to go back and work with Paul to make a deal. Throughout our conversations with Paul, I appreciated his honest input on how valuable different options would be given our lifestyle/driving needs. I found the buying process very transparent, and Paul helped get the right price on a used VW Golf that made me feel confident in the value I was getting and also valued as a first-time buyer who will definitely look to Colonial VW first for all my future car needs! by Michael68 on 12/05/2017No pressure, respectful, huge inventory, simple process, no BS. Our sales person, Dave Jarvis was awesome. Can't say enough about him. Low key, unassuming, no pressure. Seems like the purchase process has been streamlined considerably… when compared last time I bought a car, which was a BMW not a vw. This was the third dealership we worked with in our quest to buy our new VW Atlas. The other two did not compare. This is a high volume dealership, so they have a huge inventory and they are there to sell you a car. I was able to get the exact car, model, color and options I wanted at a price that can't be beat. Super happy. Dave even gave us his cell phone number in case we had any questions about anything.VW atlas

by aaferiat on 10/27/2017I recently lost my VW in a car accident, and went into Colonial VW of Medford just to take a quick look at their used car inventory in the hopes of finding an inexpensive replacement. I met with Steve Suarez, who patiently listened to my… entire wish list and promised he would help find me a car that met my needs. I had no plans at the time to commit to a sale; but Steve found me the perfect car--a 2015 Certified Pre-owned Passat with only 25K miles. I thought the price initially seemed a bit high; but he and his sales manager Toby were more than happy to work with me. Rather than act pushy or aggressive, they gave me ample time to consider the purchase. When I called back with additional questions, Steve happily searched for the answers and presented me with a further-improved price. At that point, it was a no-brainer for me, and Steve went above and beyond to complete the sale quickly and pleasantly. He even offered to come into work on one of his days off to be there for delivery of the car (an offer I couldn't let him take, I was happy to wait another day). I picked up my car earlier this morning, and truly feel great about the whole experience. On top of finding me exactly the car I wanted at a price I feel very good about, Steve approached all our interactions with a smile and friendly demeanor that put me entirely at ease. This was my first car purchase from VW Medford after leasing my last VW from another area dealer; and I couldn't recommend Steve or the Colonial VW of Medford team more. Really a terrific experience, especially given the unfortunate situation that brought me into the dealership in the first place, and I'm so appreciative of all Steve's help.Amazing sales team!

They quickly understood what I was interested in, formulated an impressive lease deal and found a car within 24 hours. They were very helpful in… completing paperwork, doing much of it after hours. I worked with Caduste and Jason, who were both wonderful. Jason worked on formulating an offer after hours and on his day off. Caduste was so helpful at the dealership, getting the whole team on board. I am excited to be able to service with this team in the future and feel fortunate enough to have worked with a great sales team.
