Refreshing Experience

Can’t recommend Colonial VW enough. I had been looking at different brands for a few weeks and found it refreshing to work with Steve Warren. There was no hard selling, no gimmicks or pitches, or pressure. He got us a fair deal on our trade… in despite it having about 150k miles and we were in and out in less than 2.5 hours with our new car. The financing process was straightforward and again there was no hard selling. Just a great experience and I would highly recommend Colonial VW and Steve Warren.

I would highly recommend seeing Josh Jeffres if you are heading there. Josh helped me pick my new GTI and… it is absolutely awesome! I had done a fair deal of research on the car before walking in but no amount of online research and youtube reviews compares to the hands-on experience Josh set up for me. Asked me a lot of question to find what I prefer, gave me a rundown of all the features and the new safety options available and by the time we went on the test drive I was very comfortable with the car and its features. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and got me a great deal.Excellent experience

I have to say that VW MEDFORD is by far the beat dealer I have dealt with.i went to… Caduste told him what I wanted what I could afford and he delivered no hassle no sales tactics. That is one of the best thing I have to say about this purchase I made. It took me a total of maybe 2 hours for the whole transaction, 2 hours inwas approved given the terms I wanted and the price I wanted on the car I wanted It was all.about what I wanted not what they could fit me in. I will definitely go back to caduste and recommend him to my friends and family, glad he was my sales manExcellent Experience

Caduste Michaud is a great person to deal with, he had patience, explained… everything, took all the time I needed and made me feel I was was in very competent hands. Stephanie then handled all the financial aspects, she was extremely helpful and also patient. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly. I was previously under contract with another VW dealership and it was a total disaster - I ended up cancelling my lease before it even started and needed to find a new place to get the Tiguan I… wanted. Colonial VW was amazing! I found the Tiguan I wanted online and worked with Jason Giacoppo to confirm its availability. He was super helpful throughout the whole process - I was coming up from CT, so he always kept me updated via text and got paperwork started before I got there so it could be registered and ready to go on a Saturday. Once we arrived, we worked with Paul Lazzaro as our sales rep and he was great! He showed us all of the car's features and walked us through our agreement to make sure we understood everything. I would definitely recommend Colonial VW to anyone looking for a great car and great service!Awesome dealership!

Randomly went into this location to take a second look at the VW Atlas and he was so gracious and helpful, even though the… showroom was due to close that day 30 minutes after our arrival. He worked hard for the next 2 months to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted, then took a step further to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, down to the license plate! I feel incredibly lucky it was Paul to help us that day!!New Tiguan - Joanne is amazing!
