    More than once I came in for an oil change and the first one, they somehow broke my Throttle Position Sensor! They claim it was coincidence. Really? That is a steel unit and was damaged in the shop. I did not have to pay for this as it was covered...how convenient...Went back today for another oil change only. All set, drive out on to the Lynn way and my car suddenly has no power and all warning lights are on! I was lucky to make it back across the Lynn way going 2 MPH with flashers on. Got back, the say they have no idea, must diagnose and it it is not something they did, they want me to pay for "diagnostics"!!! Sorry no. They checked it out and said buildup of lots of leaves in my tailpipe and they are cleaning it out. I park in a covered driveway where there are NO leaves! They did that and the car was good to go but I will NEVER be back at PRIDE HYUNDAI.

    5 Stars I've been with Hyundai for nearly 11 years, and Stephanie Cogliano is by far one of the best I've worked with. She's incredibly great at her job—professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I recently had an oil change, tire replacement, and a new horn installed, and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Stephanie made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend her if you're looking for top-notch service!

  • Four Flat Tires

    Service was very good Gabriel made sure that I had his direct contact information and kept me posted. All of my tires were slashed and he let me know that I had Tire and Wheels coverage and negotiated with the company on my behalf so that I didn’t have to pay anything for the tires he was very professional and courteous even though I kept nagging him. Lol 😂

    My car was done in a timely matter. Called us to let us know what the issue was, before doing the work qnd kept us up to date on the repairs. Gabriel and others were courteous people.

  • Extreme service

    This place was amazing at taking their time to figure out and resolve (finally) the issue with my car. It was there at the shop for a while but Stephanie was able to get me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was being serviced. She and her team were/are very respectful and extremely helpful. There was a ton of stuff going on on my end but Pride and Stephanie were able to help me in a way no one else could at that moment. I appreciate their great service and patience with me and my vehicle and the 200k amount of times I kept calling because I was anxious. I was measured and ended up being Very satisfied 😌. They can also help you get set up with payment options so try not to worry too much. Thank you, Pride Hyundai of Lynn Ma.

  • Never buy another Hyundai

    Service was fine- but the service notification came on in my car so I made an appointment and when I got to the dealership- I was told that I had to pay because the miles weren’t near where the warranty would kick in. If this is the case then the service notification should not come on until the mileage hits where it should be. So I had to pay for the service of oil change and tire rotation. Now it was 6 months later so the time should have been the factor here not the mileage. I never had this issues with Toyota- they always honored the warranty no matter what the mileage was and once you got your three free ones then you had to pay. I’ll never buy another Hyundai again.

  • Dealership didn't resolve problems/Called multiple times/never called back

    I scheduled an appointment for recall service, and waited for over a week for the appointment. The Dealership didn't resolve the recall problems, and allowed us to leave with the car still in poor shape. I Called multiple times, and I was told i'd recieve a call back that day ASAP since the car broke down on the way to work. The service center told me I'd have to wait until 6/25 for a new appointment. I asked to speak with an advisor and was assured I would recieve a call back ASAP. I never received a call back from an advisor or ANYONE and had to call AAA for assistance - wasting my own available miles. It's now almost 24 hours since I requested the call back, and still haven't received any assistance or service relating to this issue. I wouldn't suggest this dealership. Go to any other location.

    I was greeted promptly by Christopher. He said that the work on my car would take about an hour and three quarters. In fact, the work was completed in about an hour and a half. Christopher explained the work that was done, and I went to my car that had been turned around and was ready to go. The entire experience was positive and pleasant.

  • Horrible service

    It was a horrible experience, I would call and never get answers, it took from March 23, 2022 to end of December if 2022 to get the car repaired under warranty, the they charged me for the battery that stopped working because my car was parked on the dealer for months. The first time I went to asked in person about the status of the car was May 2022 (because they would not say anything over the phone), they couldn’t even find the car. The next communication was in November 2022. Again it was a horrible experience and they didn’t even acknowledge there was a problem with the situation. I would not recommend using this dealership for anything, they will take your money and then abandon you when you need them!

  • Hyundai elentra 2012

    My Elentra might be a 2012 but it only has 78,000 miles so I bring it to hyundai whenever there's a engine issue. This week I had it towed to Pride when solid engine light came on. Krista called me to let me know my car made it to parking lot safely and a technician would diagnose ( for a fee of course) I needed spark.plugs and 4 new coils and caliper replacement. The work was done quickly most likely due to Krista being proactive about ordering and requesting parts! I really appreciate the way she and the staff treated me and explained why repairs were necessary. I had my car back in 2 days which is a welcomed change ( back in 2020 in took 2 month for Pride to diagnose engine and fix a simple crank shaft).

    Sam at the collision center was particularly helpful in all phases of my dealings with Pride. The work was done quickly (even though there was extensive damage), and it was a hassle free experience. They handled all the issues with our insurance company that resulted in a very satisfactory outcome
