Dealership Service Review
I scheduled an appointment for recall service, and waited for over a week for the appointment. The Dealership didn't resolve the recall problems, and allowed us to leave with the car still in poor shape. I Called multiple times, and I was told i'd recieve a call back that day ASAP since the car broke down on the way to work. The service center told me I'd have to wait until 6/25 for a new appointment. I asked to speak with an advisor and was assured I would recieve a call back ASAP. I never received a call back from an advisor or ANYONE and had to call AAA for assistance - wasting my own available miles. It's now almost 24 hours since I requested the call back, and still haven't received any assistance or service relating to this issue. I wouldn't suggest this dealership. Go to any other location.
