Specifically, ask for Ryan T. who I was fortunate enough to meet immediately upon entering the… showroom. The overall experience with buying a car is not relished by most and Ryan did a great job of explaining everything I wanted to know about the car and then some. He worked with his management team to get me the deal I was looking for and personally picked up my vehicle from their sister dealership having it ready for me the following day. Ryan even had ice cream for my kids! To reiterate, a great customer experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Norwell due in large part to Ryan T.I'm so pleased to hear Ryan was able to assist you and provide you with such a pleasant car buying experience. Great Sales Service

They made me aware that they did not have one, and that they would have to order it… in. While researching, they found a Black Ext, Silver Int IS 250 AWD F Sport for a similar price. I decided that I couldn't pass up an opportunity to purchase an F Sport. Everyone was very friendly and great to work with. They didn't pressure me to purchase either, they just made me aware of the price differences which I really appreciated. Overall a great experience.GS350

It was happy event for my family after exhaustive and thorough search for a new car. We have been using one of the first built Lexus SUV RX300 for many… years and now it came a time to buy a new car. During our search and due diligence we tested many high level brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc. and it turns out that Lexus is the best in quality, comfort, reliability and value. The final strike in making our decision about Lexus RX350 was made by the salesmen Ryan Tierney from Lexus of Norwell, Massachusetts. He is not only a very pleasant person to deal with, but also a real professional, who has a deep knowledge about Lexus cars as well as business issues. Excellent experience
by GnTS on 01/05/2014updated 07/27/2025We found a great price on a used but mint condition Toyota Highlander that the dealership had taken in trade. From the moment we walked in the door, everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. There was never any high pressure, bait… and switch, or any other tactic that one might associate with a used car sale. We knew that the price was very fair so there was no need to haggle. Our sales asociate, John M., was very personable and took the time to be sure that all our questions were answered, and that we were completely satisfied with the transaction. Our request to bring the car to our own mechanic for an independent opinion met with no resistance. When the only suggestion that he had was to install a new battery, it was done without hesitation. Little did we know that this would erase the readings in the car's diagnostic system, which made it impossible for the car to pass inspection with having been driven for a "driving cycle" so that the sensors could take new readings. When John learned of this on the day we were to take delivery of the car, he took it upon himself to drive the car up and down Route 3 so that the computer would reset, and the dealer could complete the inspection and get us the vehicle at the time agreed. Even when we spoke to the finance manager, we were offered a better rate than we could get elsewhere, and although he presented us with many different possible aftermarket warranty plans, there was again no pressure to add any high profit extras. Overall this was a refreshing and pleasant car buying experience at a dealership that obviously values their customers.
