Charles Ross - Great Salesperson at AutoMax!
by kjbarrett on 03/02/2017We found our car on TRUECar and headed to AutoMax. We were greeted by the General Manager, who introduced us to our salesperson Charles Ross. Charles is easy to work with and patiently walked us through how the pricing works at AutoMax.… (Read the fine print on the TRUECar ad.) The car is exactly as pictured and priced. Great service-detailed the car, took care of insurance, registration, free inspection sticker. Charles helped make the car buying experience better than it usually is.Cars listed for sale are not available
by Taxpayer on 02/20/2017I called and made an appointment to view a vehicle listed for sale. They said it was available but when I got there 20 mins later they said it was sold. The vehicle is still being listed for sale!!!! False advertising!!!! just to get you in… the door. Bad customer sevice

In all cases other than with Attila, I have been treated to the classic… example of a used car salesman that we all despise. Attila responded positively to my every question and went out of his way to make sure that any defects were handled properly. While the vehicle was being prepped he stayed in communication with me throughout the process.Great Experience

This is hands down a great place to buy a pre-owned vehicle. They have great prices,… are very friendly and best of all they work with you till the end. We get our car with the new plates and all. They did it ALL for us. I cant thank the AutoMax Leominster team enough. Thank you Sam, Issac, and Lance! You guys are great!UNHAPPY

After a quick conversation, we set up an appointment the next day. I got a competitive price for my trade in and walked out… with a new car that I felt was a fair deal. It couldn't have been any easier. Buying a used car, just broken in makes so much more sense to us than buying new. by devendra1 on 02/13/2016This dealership is not trustworthy. I went all the way from New York to buy a Mercedes E350 2014 which was supposed to have 25,100 miles. When I left the dealership I noticed that the mileage was over 26,700 miles. I pointed this out to the… salesman and he agreed that it was excessive. He promised that he will arrange a refund for excess miles but then nothing happened. The manager there takes no responsibility whatsoever. Future buyers, stay away from this dealership. Pay close attention to your deals if you still want to do business with this dealership.Older Vehicle High Mileage

He went over everything on the vehicle and told me everything it… needed before I got a chance to find out what it needed.And took care of all of it! He gave me the peace of mind I was looking for with purchasing an a vehicle. Next step was Financing, and Dave could not have made it any simpler or easier. He went over all the options, and found me the best rate possible. Nick from the insurance side of the house really came through for me. My previous agent quoted me a rate, Nick was able to find a better rate, and on top of it all, he was there to answer all my questions and explain the coverage while my former agent wouldn't even return my calls. The Service team also did a tremendous job on the vehicle. It needed a lot of work, but the service department really knocked it out, it looks and feels like brand new! The experience was the best I've ever had and this is my 2nd car from… Automax and the third car from Automax that my family has purchased.
