Limited parking is a bit of an issue, but you get a much better experience when it comes to buying a car from jeff and the automax team than at most other sleazy dealerships. When we explained we would be paying cash rather than financing, we were then told that the "cash" price was almost $3000 higher. This is not only questionable, it may be… illegal, and we've contacted the state about it.Luis Martinez

I walked in the door not knowing what make or model I wanted, just knew I needed something larger than I currently owned and… wanted a few bells and whistles. Luis took me around and steered me to what he thought would fit my needs, different makes and models etc.…no pressure. When I found what I liked, his negotiating skills with my trade were terrific. The deal was made! The icing on the cake though was some medical issues came up within in my family which restricted my time for drop off and pick up. Luis arranged to come to my home with my purchase and pick up my trade. That’s what I call great customer service! Thank you, Luis Martinez!Thank you so much for the excellent review! I dread the car buying experience because I worry about overpaying.… I felt confident that I paid a fair price that also allowed AutoMax to earn the profit it is entitled to. The Smart Price financing requirement may seem like a gimmick to some but it made a lot of sense to me.We appreciate your kind words. DO NOT TRUST - Warranty Not Valid
by adamm05 on 04/26/2017I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara in late summer 2016, at the time of purchase I was told by Charles Ross (Salesman) and Dave Kerr (Business Manager) that the vehicle was still covered under the manufacturers 3 yr/36k mile… warranty....well, now that I need warranty work done, I go to the local Jeep dealer to find out it is not covered, because the Jeep was originally titled in Canada! DO NOT TRUST Automax Preowned, they will lie and deceive you to close a sale. It is also worth noting that they had a deposit from another customer on the vehicle I purchased, and killed their deal because I was in their office and willing to buy that day.Adam, we are sorry to hear about your experience and can assure you any miscommunication was not intentional. When I realized that it wasn't working (the first day that I had the car) my salesman (Luiz) set up a service appt. The service team told me that the car's not… equipped with Bluetooth. I have spoken with several salespeople/managers in order to get this resolved and everyone was extremely professional and courteous.
