onI purchased a car there a few weeks ago that was advertised as having Bluetooth. When I realized that it wasn't working (the first day that I had the car) my salesman (Luiz) set up a service appt. The service team told me that the car's not equipped with Bluetooth. I have spoken with several salespeople/managers in order to get this resolved and everyone was extremely professional and courteous. Jess (in Marlborough) and JD (in Framingham) were awesome and they made sure that I was treated fairly.
