I've been going to Cambridge Honda for several years for service, but had never bought a car through them before now. It was a really good experience all-around: the sales department… was friendly, responsive, and helpful all the way through the purchase process from test driving to finding the exact model I wanted through a dealer swap to working with the business department for financing. I'd recommend Cambridge Honda to anyone, and would purchase a vehicle through them again.purchasing 2016 Honda Fit

by mrc0007 on 06/24/2016I bought a new 2016 Civic EX-L. I received good assistance in learning about the car and in making my decision, and was offered a good deal on the purchase price. I was happy about everything except two things: 1. they did not disclose a… $600 "acquisition fee" in the purchase or lease terms; I had to endure the surprise of this fee when I came in to sign the papers; and 2. they did not inspect the car for dents (or decided not to tell me) before telling me the car was ready to drive home; I found two noticeable dents in the passenger side body. The dealer apologized and gave me an "IOU" to get the dents fixed the same week. It was a hassle not having a car for work on the day the dents got fixed; it would have been easier if they had done the inspection and fixed it like they should have before telling me it was ready to take home.Easy no pressure leasing experience

As first time car shoppers we were concerned that there would be pressure to upsize and upgrade. Instead we came in and told Shiva what we were… looking for and that what we got. We walked in, said we wanted a CRV SE with the currently advertised 36 month lease agreement and thats what we walked away with. Overall painless procedure, good communication smooth transaction. If the quality of service keeps up on the service side of things I will be happy to be a repeat customer.Thank you shiva

I recently purchased a Ford Edge from C.H. and not only did they give me the best price out there,… with in a 75 mile radius, they also tried exceptionally hard to meet my needs. The service manager Paul was a pleasure to deal with and because of his willingness to work with me, led me back to C.H. after shopping around. After Agreeing to purchase the vehicle,I was set up with a facilitating team member named Shiva. Shiva couldn't of been more friendly,professional, hardworking and on top of every little detail involving this purchase. If your like me and hate the experience of buying a car then go to C.H. Ive purchased 15 cars since I've gotten my license and I hated all of the sales people until now.
